I'm taking my girls to Frozen on Ice this Thursday. We'll be coming up on Wednesday. I had planned to take them to the Shedd, but it's closed Wednesday and Thursday this week. Any suggestions on what to do in the city with a 2 and 4year old? We were just as Navy Pier last month so I'm kind of out of ideas that I can do with them alone.
Where is the show? If it is at United Center there is the Children's Museum at Navy Pier, Museum of Science and Industry. If it is at Allstate Arena there is a skating and sledding area at MB Financial Park in Rosemont. There is also skating at the new MAggie Daley park downtown.

Kohl's Children's Museum in Glenview (north suburbs) There is kid-friendly stuff at the Adler Planetarium (fairly sure they still have a Sesame Street movie).

Thanks for the info. The show is at Allstate arena. We're staying in Addison. I'm not opposed to going into the city, just trying what to do since we have limited time. I'm thinking either Science and Industry or the planetarium.
I'm feeling a bit guilty because I'm pulling DD#1 from preschool to go. I feel like we should do something educational.
