I don't know. I slept fine last night and this morning was ok. Now that I'm in the car I'm feeling contractions again. I think it's triggered by baby moving, and he doesn't move much when I'm up and moving around. But I'm also second guessing everything.
I only have like 30 minutes of work to do this morning so I think I'll call and go in to the office after that if I'm still feeling things

T & P I have a light week and extra seat if you guys need something in a pinch.
Just putzing this morning. Heading to my grandma's at some point and hopefully my sister is home. I feel like I haven't seen her in forever. This afternoon I have a meeting with the CEO of the local disposable diaper bank. I'm super nervous even though she seemed really nice through messages.

Thanks. I hope it doesn't come to that. Worst case scenario I would need help with Bub for 6 hours until MIL could get here.
I just really need this baby to stay in for one more week. This is annoying.
My BH were all day and all night with C. Nothing ever made them stop. I had them with G as well, but not as many. I did have many more actual contractions with G (period cramping, wrapping around back) for weeks and weeks. I had heard that was normal for the second but it threw me still. Prodromal labor is common as well. It all sucks and is so much like "this is it! Nope. This is it! Nope. This is it? Idk"

How did you know they were BH? Just go in and get checked? Monitoring? I think if I can just get some reassurance that these are not real contractions, I can live with them. Like you said last night I just don't want to be all chill about it and then suddenly end up having to rush off to the hospital and have a premie.
It's also annoying bc most of what I'm doing at work this week is meetings with incoming freshmen, and they look at me funny when I'm talking about all the different clubs they can join and suddenly I'm out of breath. LOL

My first pg I got checked once and after that they just said only if they got more painful. Which is true. BH do not at all feel as painful as real contractions. When it's really labor, you may not know the early signs because BH and early labor may feel the same, but eventually, you'll be in "ouch" contractions- and that's when you know. Unfortunately with my kids, the ouch ones only came after pitocin.

Yeah that's what I'm worried about. I had a lot of non-painful contractions in early labor. They didn't start to hurt until we were already on our way to the hospital. But then there was still like 12+ hours before he was born. I think if MIL was closer I wouldn't be so worried about it. I just want a heads up if there's any chance I'm actually dilating so we can make other arrangements for someone to watch Bubba if it comes to a "we have to go right now" situation.
JoBub just go in for an office visit after your stuff is over and get checked and go over the checklist of when to come in/ when to wait and the cut off of when they would not stop you're real labor. Our neighbor just had a 35 weeker.
Got an appointment for 2:45. Currently composing an email to my boss to say I'm pretty sure I'm going to have orders to put my feet up this evening, so please remove me from the graduation lineup. At least something good will come of this. Graduation is my least favorite thing about the month of May.

I'd probably just get the cheaper one haha. The mesh panel doesn't make that big of a difference
That was the only difference I could see was the mesh. It seems like a good idea for summer but wasn't sure how much of a difference it would make. It's only a $10 difference on last chance. Hopefully these are still on sale when I get my coupon code.
JoBub I would probably tell them you can't do graduation either way. It's boring when you're the graduating, I can't imagine how boring it is for teachers. GL at your appt

I kind of enjoy seeing the students who give speeches. But we have to wear a cap and gown and hood. That part is the worst.
We're about to look at a car for H. We've gone back and forth on whether to get him a sedan for the fuel efficiency, or a larger SUV for more of a long term vehicle. The van will be our primary vehicle, but IMO I think space is most important cuz who wants to be crammed into a sedan once the girls a couple years down the road?
