2 Embryos on day 1, need advice!!

It's been a long time since I posted, we had to overcome PSCOS with hydrosalpinx and surgery to disconnect my tubes from my uterus to remove hydro issue. I'm currently half way through my first IVF cycle, we had 14 anticipated, 8 retrieved, and we found out this morning 24 hours after retrieval only 3 were mature and only 2 fertilized. No other info. Because it was a Saturday we didn't receive live results from a human to ask questions, which is really unlike my clinic actually I really trust facility, doctor, and staff they are normally very accessible even after hours. We went from a FET plan to fresh plan actually prior to finding this out, we planned for day 5 transfer but now we are wondering if day 3 transfer could be beneficial considering the amount we have? All the stories I've read of low numbers this early suggest getting them back in me ASAP. We had only planned to transfer 1 per my docs recommendation but now we aren't sure we want to risk of the last 1 not surviving thaw or waiting to day 5 to see which embryo is better to transfer. So were are considering transferring both, despite risks... But more so I'm trying to reach an on call doctor to see if we should transfer on Monday instead of Wednesday. The down side though would be less time to let my uterus plump up since I just started transfer meds today due to change in plans from FET to fresh. Anyone out there start with only 2 embryos or small amount? What day transfer did you do? Any advice is welcome I'm a nervous wreck and feel really helpless

Just talked to doctor, he feels strongly that an embryo who can't survive to day 5 out of womb won't in womb either.

I am sure there is nothing to worry about. Just have faith in yourself and be confident. I am sure things will be fine. Just make sure to visit a doctor and ask for his advise. The more experienced the doctor the better it will be. The thing with embryos is that if 2 are inserted it will be better because it means more chances of success. However, through experience, I have realized that the more experienced the clinic and the doctors the better it is. They will exactly know what will work for you. I have witnessed this myself that clinics play a major rule when it comes down to the success rate of the process. I hope you the very best of luck. Don't be stressed as that is not good for you. Hi! I hope you are feeling better now. In my opinion, it's better to go with 2. Even if one fails, the other one will work. Just make sure you are opting for a good clinic. The clinic can really make a difference in your treatment. If the success rate of that clinic is high then obviously your chances are more. I have tried a lot of different clinics for my treatment, but there was this one clinic abroad which really made a difference. It helped me achieve my dreams. At first, I was so nervous but the moment I met the manager, I was relieved. The staff there is so nice, you won't regret going there. I hope it works out for you. Good luck! Stay blessed!

Hi there! There's nothing to worry about here. Go for 2 Embryos, it will increase your chances of success. Just make sure that quality is good, because quality matters more than quantity. Good luck! Bye!

Hey, I hope you are doing well. I think it is the right decision to go for 2. If I was in your place I would have done the same. Mainly because this will ensure that if one doesn't work the other does. When the clinic isn't responding that is the most stressful moment for me. I believe this is one of the reasons why I have switched to a different clinic. For me, it is very important that a clinic has good customer service. The clinic now I am visiting has a rule of replying with 48 hours. They usually reply within a few hours normally. I prefer going to someone who has a fast network of communication.
