Will it possible to breast feed after breast lift surgery?

Hi, my breasts look saggy and drooping. I had a firmer and pleasing shape before. But after my two deliveries, I lost its shape. Now, I am planning to undergo a breast lift surgery at a clinic in Toronto. Last day, I talked to a relative who had undergone this surgery. She told me the details of this surgery. The incision can be made in three ways. She had done with around the areola incision. But she is not that much aware of the other two. I would like to know more about these. Which one is safe? Which incision gives the most desired result? Will this incision lines fade in future? I am really concerned about the results. Also, I would like to know whether this surgery affect breast feeding. So if anybody knows about this, please help me with your replies. It will be a great help for me.
