Hey, I am three months pregnant. I experience leaking urine when you cough, laugh, sneeze or exercise. At times I find difficulties emptying the bladder and/or a sensation of incomplete emptying. When I spoke with my doctor she suggested me to try KEGELS. But while googling I found this KEGELS cannot be tried while I am pregnant. I asked suggestion from one of my friends who is a doctor. She told me to undergo pelvic health physiotherapy from a clinic in Toronto. But I am afraid to undergo this treatment as I am not sure will this affect my baby or not. I am a diabetic patient too. So will it affect my baby? Is there any medication required while undergoing the physiotherapy? Will this reduce the pain ? At times I find difficulties in maintaining my bladder will this pelvic health physiotherapy helps?

It is very important to take care of yourself. Don't take the stress. I don't think so Kegels affects pregnancy in a negative way.
