Have anyone of you done this dental implant surgery?

Hey,
My son is 13 years old. Last day he was playing with his little sister and in between, he met with an accident and lost his front tooth. It's so painful to see him now and he is not able to speak properly.
Many of his friends make fun of him and he is refusing to go to school.
I searched for various methods and found this tooth implant surgery. But I'm in a dilemma that whether this is a right option for young children.
Does anyone know about this in detail? I do not need to waste my money to consult a doctor. Or anyone knows a method to prevent this? Please do reply.
