Next IUI or IVF?

Any suggestions are welcome ......
I am planning on going for IVF on next January after trying to
conceive naturally and 2 failed IUIs.
Please advice me with any recommends before attempting this step. As I don’t have anyone to advice.

Here is my story
Age : 30 at present
——------Married in 2014 —————
Got naturally pregnancy in 2014 but had a manual abortion (due to some
personal family problems )

Tried naturally from 2015-2016 >>> No Pregnancy
————Visited fertility clinic ——-
OB doctor asked us to visit fertility clinic after trying to conceive
naturally. Below are the process doctor followed
Step 1 : just Clomid medicine for 2 cycles >>> No Pregnancy
Step 2 : Clomid with Ovidrel for 2 cycle >>> No Pregnancy
Step 3 : Clomid , Ovidrel & IUI >> Pregnant but ended with
miscarriage on 3 month
Step 4 : Clomid for 2 cycles >>> No Pregnancy
Step 5 : letrozole, Ovidrel & IUI >>> No Pregnancy
Step 6 : ( IVF or IUI )

Prolactin harmone elevated >> Had MRI and started taking Bromocriptine
Thyroid >>> they found thyroid after first IUI since then started taking Synthroid

I hope IVF is a success for you. All my prayers are with you. For the process, there are a few things that matter a lot. Firstly, make sure the doctor you are visiting has a high success rate. Every clinic has this document available do check that out. Also, see they years of experience of the doctor. Lastly, the communication skills need to be good. Do you suggest any lab works I need check apart from above information before IVF or we need to improve in any other areas ?
We are so concerned because when ever we are visiting doctor she says the health conditions of both are good.

I had the same problem as you! There was no one to help me out. However, the clinic I visited the doctors over there did help us. We had previously submitted our medical documents. However, the clinic still did medically examined us after which we had the doctors look at our case. So I would suggest that you visit a doctor. Good luck to you. I am sure things will work out.

Recently I had blood work on AMH and FSH.I see the AMH levels are very low. Can you guys take a look and advice me.

AGE 30

AMH : 0.797 ng/mL


FSH is 6.2 mlU/ml

Also they did ESTRADIOL and I am not sure what that is , can you explain both AMH and ESTRADIOL?

Hey there! I m glad that you are going for IVF now, IVF is a much more successful treatment then IUI. Many of my friends conceived with the help of this. Just make sure you are opting for a clinic with a high success rate. Good Luck! Stay blessed!

Hello. Hope you are well. Sorry to read about your miscarriage and abortion. This sounds like a good idea though. I, too, feel like this might work out for you. But I'm no expert here. You need to take advice from an expert. Why don't you make an appointment with your doctor about this? Your doctor will be able to give you the best advice according to your current situation. If you want, I can recommend you a fertility clinic that I know of. They're actually really good. I went there when I wanted a baby through surrogacy. They can guide you in this. Do let me know. Hello. I think it is better to give IVF a shot if IUI didn't work out for you. I hope this does though. You should talk to your doctor about it and see if this is a good idea for you. If you want recommendations, I can help you out. I do have some experience here. Good luck.

For the process make sure that you are well aware of it. Make sure the clinic you visit has a high success rate. Make sure that the doctor is also experienced. These two things will have a positive influence on your process. Before visiting the clinic I also researched a lot. I looked at their services and programs as well. TThe reason why things are going well in my case is due to this reason. The doctors are experienced and they know how to carry the process out. I believe this is the most important thing. Hey! I am so sorry for your failed IUIs. I know how painful it is to try for something so hard and it keeps failing. You have to take good care of yourself before this. IVF requires a lot of strength so it's better to stay in your best form so you can endure the pain of it. After that make sure you are opting for a good clinic. If the clinic is good then things will probably work out. Just stay strong and patient. Patience is one of the most important things in this journey. I am also going to start my treatment soon. You are right! It is so important to research. When I was diagnosed and told I won't be able to conceive, I honestly didn't know what to do. It is because of the lack of knowledge that I made so many incorrect decisions. I decided to visit a nearby clinic for my first IUI. I kept visiting them and all my 5 cycles failed. We even opted for IVF that too failed. They kept blaming me and I was always left to think about how horrible the situation was. After the failure of the last cycle, I decided to change my doctor. It was a huge decision. However, I researched and made sure if they were the right ones. I am glad eventually I did contact them. They are the first ones who have been able to make IVF work for me. I got my first BFP recently. I am honestly over the moon.

It has a much higher chance of success. However, just make sure to visit a good doctor for the process. This really matters! A clinic with a high success rate is also very important. I read through your information and I feel like we both are in the same boat. I was told that IUI has a very low chance of success. Therefore, I am planning to opt for IVF. However, for the process, I am finding myself some good doctor. I really want things to work but I just want to take each step carefully. I think you should give IVF another shot. However, the right thing to do would be consulting a professional, first. Fertility clinics are definitely your best bet. Do your research before finding a good clinic, though. Good luck to you! I hope whatever you choose, helps you get a BFP which carries! Baby dust for you!

That has to be tough! I'm sorry you had to go through that experience. It's alright, though, honey. Don't feel too disheartened. I can understand how it must feel. IUIs can be a little unpredictable. However, the good thing about it is that fertility improves with each cycle. So, you should feel confident about it. My prayers are with you, honey. You can get through this, I'm positive. I'd say you give IUIs another shot. It could really work out for you, in this attempt. However, IVF won't be a bad option, either. You should begin by consulting the clinic. They can help you out, way better!

I think it's a great idea. You're really persistent. It's very important during TTC. You need to be patient. I'm sorry to read about your MC, as well. It would've been hard to take. However, I think you've got a great chance with IVF. You'll need to be a bit more patient. It doesn't necessarily work in the initial attempts. So, don't be too worried, okay? I'm so sorry you've had to experience this. I can't imagine how tough it must be. Your TTC journey must be quite frustrating. It's okay to feel this way, though. Don't worry about it alright? You have plenty of options. IVF and IUIs are both quite decent options. I would suggest getting a professional opinion regarding this. For that matter, you should visit a fertility clinic.
