Anyone aware of home care service providers..!!

Hi, My dad is 84 years old. He has some physical issues. He is unable to dress or bath himself. Sometimes he makes it to the bathroom on time but falls a lot. His left leg is useless due to some stroke activity.
Meanwhile, my mom is 83 now. She has heart issues but tries to tend to his daily needs. Of course, she has worn out and frustrated. I live 90 miles away so feel that my help is useless though I listen to her as much as possible. Mom has told dad numerous times that they need to talk about a nursing home for him, but he is adamantly against it. So mom tries to pick him up when he falls, dress him, clean him up after accidents. We've talked about hiring in-home palliative care near Toronto to get someone to live in. Some way mom can get relief on a regular basis.
I hope home care service will be better for him. If you are aware of any such service providers, I would like to hear from you. Please share it with me. Any help would be much appreciated.
