What about considering used containers for building a shop

Hey, I always had an interest in building a container home. So far, I don't plan to build a second home.
My friend is planning to build a coffee shop, so I suggested to him about shipping containers. He is interested too. I will be a silent partner in this, so I guess it would be better if we could save money by using used containers to build the shop.
There are a lot of sites offering used containers for sale at optimal cost. Truly it can save a lot of money if we buy used ones instead of brand new containers. But I don't need it if it can affect the quality of the shop space(lasing). If anyone on this board has container homes/shops build with used containers, please let me know what was/wasn't good!
This plan will be under stake until we get a clarification on this from any source.
