Pediatric dentist for tooth decay treatment

Hi,
I am a working woman living in Oakville. My husband is working abroad and I have a 4-year-old daughter. My daughter is very mischievous and she will not corporate with anyone. She eats a lot of sweets. Now she has a tooth decay problem. And she complains about tooth pain. I used to scold her for eating many sweets. But she will not obey me and cries louder in front of every bakery for sweets when we go shopping. And stops crying only when she gets sweets.
As a mother, I regret not to give enough care for her dental health. Anyway, I have decided to pick her to a good dental clinic having a friendly atmosphere. One of my co-workers suggested a clinic offering friendly children dentistry services in Oakville. What is your opinion about their services? Which treatment would be best for her? Please do share here.
