My refrigerator is not cooling enough

Hey, our refrigerator is not cooling enough! It is working, but just not cools sufficiently! For example, ice creams do not become solid even if I kept it inside the freezer for hours!
My fridge is only a few years old, approximately 2-3 years, it is a Samsung rs2544sl. However, I'm not ready to send the fridge to any shop for a week or more. I would like to get the work done at my home itself! If it is impossible in every case, then I can bear up to 2-3 days!
My friend said the pro appliance company is good for refrigerator repair service, I checked their website and they seem to be good. But I just want to ensure this thing, that the time it takes to fix my fridge is not exceeding more than 3 days! Anyone here has experience in working with them? If so, could you please acknowledge my concern? If you can, then it would be a great help to me.
