Elevator at my work is down

Hey, lift at my work is down for the past two days! Our office is working in a rented service apartment. The regular servicing company and our building owner argued and they withdrew their contract. So everyone is actively looking for an elevator servicing company or reputed individuals to fix the lift ASAP!
I had an online hunt now and found a nearby elevator service company. I checked their website, testimonials and reviews on yelp are seems to be good, yet I'm not that confident to impulsively suggest them to my work. Just like any other humans, I'm a bit concerned when it comes to work-related things!
I have this night, so kindly comment on your suggestions on the mentioned company, if you have ever worked with them! Also, feel free to recommend any other good companies too.

The elevator in our office building used to get stuck every day. Our office was on the 10th floor. So most of us used to get tired of climbing up the stairs every day. Even though we hired many elevator maintenance companies and got it repaired the same issue was repeating again and again. So we decided to have a meeting with the other companies in the building and decided to hire a professional elevator maintenance company. One of the employees in our next-door office suggested a good one and we decided to hire them. We were very satisfied with the service of this elevator maintenance company as we got it repaired within a day and this issue has not occurred again for the past 6 months. Please do share your experiences if you have faced this similar issue.
