My baby is sleeping her life away, she needs all the sleep! 3-4 naps and they're all at least 1 1/2 hours long, she can't stay awake and happy for more than 1 1/2 hours at home, different story if we're out. She's 3 1/2 mo

My LO is 14 weeks, and she won't take a nap after 4pm. She usually takes 2 naps, with sometimes a 3rd one if I can get her to sleep by 3:30. If it's after 4, forget it, and she'll be awake for 4, 5, 6 (or more!) hours until we can get her to sleep at night. It's not a matter of not trying to get her to sleep earlier, or with less awake time, she just simply won't do it.
Mine is 4m 1w and only sleeps 30mins at a time. So we have 5 of those shitty naps to get her through the day. Do people's babies really take several 2hr naps??? Or is it a myth perpetuated by Pinterest perfect moms?

One of my twins usually has a couple 1-2 hour naps a day plus a short one or two, but the other one doesn't nap longer than 45 min, so it doesn't matter.

Mine is still on the eat, play, sleep routine that he put himself on at six weeks. He'll be 18 weeks tomorrow. Lots of short naps for us, but I think he's trying to switch it up. The last few days have been different. I'll watch and see. Following his lead still.

Mine does 2 90-minute to 2 hour naps. Then he sometimes falls asleep on the way home from daycare, but we wake him up when we get home so that's only 10-15 minutes.
our naps vary from day to day. she's 13 weeks and usually goes from 30 min to 2 hours. she usually has three and sometimes a fourth late catnap to tide her over until bedtime.
30 minutes is a long nap for DS. On the weekends we can squeeze in about 4 naps but at daycare he has fomo and take like two really short naps and crashes in the car on the way home. His night sleep is great and is generally very happy so I stopped sweating it. We just put him down when he gets tired and he will also nap in his carrier when we are out and about.
I wanted to update. My boys are 19 weeks now and have recently been staying awake longer and dropping a nap. They have two short naps in the morning (8ish and 10:30ish) for about 30-45 min, and a two hour nap after lunch. I make sure this is two hours min by rocking them back to sleep if they wake up, because they won't have a late afternoon nap. So their last awake stretch is from about 2:30 or 3 until 6:30ish. It's a bit long for them but I can't get them to take a late afternoon nap. I'm hoping that their morning nap gets longer and they just take one in the morning soon.
