I don't, really. He doesn't need it, and I don't want to overstimulate him. He's generally pretty content to just stare at the pictures on the wall or at the lights. I do read to him, talk to him, and give him tummy time every day.
Tummy time, bicycling his legs, playgym, reading and singing to him. Bouncing all. Day. Long. Once it gets warmer I'm going to start taking walks with him, but who knows when that'll happen in Michigan.
I try to keep it fairly simple. DS loves his fisher price piano Playmat. I also try to spend a good amount of time letting him reach for my face. We sing head,shoulders,kees, and toes and hod his hands to those body parts to start teaching him.
