I can't stop thinking of "Also sprach Zarathustra" and if I met that baby I wouldn't be able to stop myself from debating philosophy with her, auf Deutsch.
We had our AS today and everything looks good. I have borderline GD and baby is measuring right on track which is great news for our planned VBAC. I'm so relieved. Still Team Green!
ETA: I forgot to add that we make dates out of small things too. No kids = date.
Umm...The Bachelor just said that a couple wouldn't go to Costco on a date. Am I the only one who thinks he's wrong?
I totally consider dinner and a Target/Costco trip a date. But maybe we're kind of a lame couple. Or I don't have high expectations.
Especially since having DD, anything we do just the two of us is a date... Similarly, any time I run errands by myself I feel like I'm on a mini vacation

Oh. Em. Gee. DD nearly drove me up the wall today. I can totally see how parents just give up on discipline on toddlers. Nothing I can do will solve the smart mouth. When she screams "No" it often comes with some sort of flailing outburst. Watch out if food happens to be in front of her. She peed on the floor at the Y in the bathroom. When I was cleaning it up and talking to her about why she didn't make it to the potty she said, "I did it on purpose because you were late, Mommy.". WTF.
But seriously, DS was awesome at two. Three was omg awful. There were days I would cry because I missed my sweet boy. He's four now and still has an attitude, but nowhere near as bad as he was a three.

Uh-oh! I am not looking forward to potty training...I was lurking on the potty training board and people were talking about how to discipline "on purposes". I didn't realize kids would actually purposefully poop themselves in retaliation. Sorry you had a rough day, hopefully tomorrow is much better!
I feel like I follow honeylemon around lovetithumping her on TB I want her to be my doula and show me how to keep a milk supply for my 14 mo old and not have to pump!!

Seriously though smilz4782 are you worried about your supply and pumping now, or after birth?
If it's now, I'd just keep nursing her as much as she will. She may dry nurse for a bit while your milk switches over for the new baby but if she made it through your first tri, I doubt she'll quit now.
I wouldn't pump. But then again, I despise pumping and only do it when absolutely necessary.

Pumping now. I hate it, I barely let down now (used to let down like a race horse pissing, used to get 4-6oz every 2-3 hours) and get all of ~2oz in 20 min last time I was doing it... And it hurt and I hated it. My H is using my freezer stash while I work instead of pumping for my sanity, but it won't last till may! She nurses plenty at home but I was trying to night wean in the hopes of getting her to sleep more than 2-3 hours at a time (and me I want more than 2-3 hour chunks!!)... She will happily dry nurse. She won't take a paci. It just hurts less if I have milk flowing! I eat oatmeal daily, but staying hydrated is a challenge. Sucks. /rant Sorry!!
I'm seriously in the mode now that when people comment about "how much my bump is growing" that I want to kick them in the shin and be like, there is a baby growing in there, numbskull, what did you expect?
also, I feel like the love tit button should be on the far left and the quote in the middle, I'm always accidentally pressing quote when I mean to love tit someone

Hmm. I don't know much about night weaning. Both of mine were night weaned by about a year and they kind of just did it on their own. They both took pacifiers though.
