I used to use my bread maker all the time but it has now been sitting in storage forever and probably smells all musty. You all are making me want to get a new one!

DH and MIL came back from the zoo with an asleep E who hadn't had lunch.
He did eat a pouch and a ton of pretzels while there, so I'm hoping it's a substitute as far as his napping self is concerned and he doesn't wake up quickly, starving.
I have no idea why they didn't stop for lunch at one of the cafeterias like I suggested...

subliminalrabbit Sometimes a pouch and a handful of pretzels is more than DD eats for lunch, so maybe he won't be cranky when he wakes. I hope not! Good luck!
I was taking a picture off the wall this morning so we could replace it with my awesome Christmas present my dad made me - will totally AW that once we get it up - and I dropped the picture on my toe. Of course the very pointy part of the frame hit it and it immediately turned black and blue, plus took a nice chunk out of my toe. It is still bleeding - I've changed the bandage at least five times. I don't think that's normal...

Every time E uses the potty (not often) she gets praised. Now every time I use the bathroom, I get praised. I get "yay!" while clapping her hands and jumping for joy.
pitchslap I hope they figure out what's causing the swelling! Thoughts and prayers to you all.

Soooo DH got to sleep in till noon, went on a 20 mile bike ride, and is now enjoying a leisurely hot shower. What are the odds of me getting to do anything at all by myself today? (Except cook the family dinner, and that's not really solitary)
My husband got a small plow shovel thing and some salt. I also gave him a list of stuff to get at target. I think we have enough to last a while. FYI hes currently at target for the second time today bc he bought some of the wrong items the first time. Normally i wouldnt care but one item was that zarbees cough medicine that you gals have mentioned on here for J (just incase we are trapped and he gets what i have) and the other thing was my tea which ive been living on the past few days. He sent me a pic of how packed it is in there. Maybe he will appreciate my lengthy trips to target now. Snicker snicker wink wink
Nothing like the threat of 3 feet of snow to make every one nuts at the grocery store. There are now only 5 carts in front of me
I went this morning at 9 and it was even busy then.
Sent mh, I over whatever "it" is J has, he's currently sitting on my chest watching Mickey. But has placed himself in time out 3 times for uncontrollable and inconsolable whining.

mcbush I love when you have 2 posts in a row, and you see your gif all synched up. "ALCOHOL!"
So, my former (and future) officemate is a meteorologist. He said that DC will likely get about 2-4 inches of snow, and the worst is going to be at Nee Jersey up through to Maine. @theformerwren Expect DC to go haywire tomorrow.
