There were 2 main plots in The Office sitcom that happened in my office in real life

1) we have an annual company awards night. We always have a theme and we always wear costumes. I refer to it as the Dundees.

2) a bat flew out of a ceiling vent into my office. For real. We shut the door to trap it in and ran for it. A girl I worked with caught in a plastic bag and released it outside.

I love both The Office and Office Space and I work in an office environment.

Teaching a 5 year old to spell and read is hard. Phonetics will only get you so far. My DD wanted to spell Rudolph, but spelled it rudof because that's how it sounds.

I didn't correct her.

I always wanted to go skydiving, but didn't, and now that I have kids, I'm too scared to.
