I don't normally participate but I'm struggling so much with my newest symptom (awful constipation). It sucks donkey balls.

Most of my symptoms have gone but constipation a has not. I didn't have it with either of my other pregnancies!! I had a huge bm yesterday after I ate McDonald's for lunch and a caramel mocha. It was amazing.

New weird symptom: as of today I am no longer comfortable sitting on my ball chair at work. I keep sliding off of it.

Is my butt changing shape? WTF??

Okay I'm jealous. I've been dealing with AWFUL constipation for weeks! Try Milk of Magnesia and start with the smallest dose. It really, really helps and doesn't make you shit your pants.

Gross, but truth: up until like three days ago this whole pregnancy I've had diarrhea. So to go from one extreme to the other is just, awful. Constipation is definitely worse.

I'm starting to get energy back, which is nice. But I get headaches and dizziness on and off. Today is seeming like a good day, but now I'm dying for some coffee. And I'm STARVING all morning long and then in the afternoons, I'm not even slightly hungry until dinner time. It's so weird.

Ditto. I can get dizzy just sitting down. I've had a big bowl of fruit with yogurt, an orange, a cup of coffee, a big ass glass of juice and I'm trying to hold off until noon to eat again.

My shortness of breath is no joke. I hate it. I was a smoker and this is worse

For all you constipated ladies, if I skip a day, I have been taking Colace that night. If I don't have the urge in the morning, I follow that up with a cup of coffee with my breakfast. That normally works, but occasionally it takes two days in a row of it. I can handle missing one day, but anything more than two is torture.

...and I skipped this morning so everyone knows what routine I will be doing tonight/tomorrow! Gah- pregnancy does such gross things to your body sometimes.

I started to get a little constipated last week, but switched to Raisin Bran for breakfast and it cleared right up. I'm also in the starving in the morning boat. Second breakfast has become a regular thing for me.

felt more flutters last night that didn't end in a fart, so I think it's officially baby flutters. dry heaved a little this morning after my pineapple/orange/banana juice and super sleepy. oh and my newest "symptom" dropping shit on my clothes, I spilled ranch on my boob shelf and slyly licked it off.

My eyes have been so dry the past two weeks. I have also gotten a few nosebleeds in the last week. Oh, and today is my first day wearing a belly band. No way I am buttoning these pants today.

I totally feel you all on the constipation. Had to resort to an enema last week after over a week of not going. I looked almost 6 months pregnant with how backed up I was. I second the Colace motion. It seems to help a bit. Still not huge BMs, but I'll take anything at this point haha

My pubic bone/groin was hurting really bad last night so I doctor googled it and it gave me some info on symphysis pubis dysfunction... Has anyone been diagnosed during this pregnancy or a previous pregnancy for this? If not, has anyone had similar pain?

I don't have any experience with this, but if you're in pain or really that concerned, I would contact your doctor and ask about it.

Today I'm suffering from constipation, nausea, and extreme hunger! I really want a chick-fil-a sandwich (since I can't have steak and potatoes) and some waffle fries. Yum!

Constipation ladies, try these muffins. I love them and the batter keeps in the fridge for 6 weeks so you can make them fresh every couple of days. I would limit yourself to 3 a day even though they are good- especially with honey butter!

Heart palpitations anyone? I've consulted Dr. Google and realize it's common. I noticed one here and there last week, but this week it's like constant. Sometimes it feels like if I just start thinking about it, boom. It doesn't hurt but it is distracting. 16 weeks today.

We've had a couple of discussions on this over at the site that shall not be named.  I think the general consensus (including doctor's opinions) is that our blood volume is rising because of weeeee bebe and it makes our heart have to pump harder.  I notice it a lot when I'm just sitting around watching tv.  My resting hr is about 70 and when I check it during those times, it gets up to about 95; it's nuts!!! I downloaded an app on my phone, just look up heart rate monitor in your app store.  It even lets me keep a log.

15 weeks and I'm feeling tired again. Energy was up for a while, but now it's zzzzzzzzzzzzz.....*snore*
I sleep like 9 hours a night, you think that would do it. The other thing is that I get up at least 3x a night to pee, and I think that's interrupting my sleep too. You ladies know of anything to boost energy to get through the day? Tired of dragging around!

This is probably a stretch, but does anyone else get an insane cough while eating? It cleared up a bit last week, but it's back.
