Last week was full of fails - no exercise and stress eating because of my exam/waiting for results. Then we were gone this weekend and I definitely indulged with eating and drinking. The weather is warming up and with it staying light for longer I am hoping to start walking again with my mom when she gets home from work. I am aiming for 5 days/week eating well and 3 days/week exercising for now.

Last week was a total bummer. It took my body the whole week just to get used to the time change so no getting up early for me. Then to make matters worse, DH had gotten a back injury at work so he was stuck in bed/on the couch during the last half of the week. But I was able to get a walk in at least. Anyway, I'm hoping I'll be able to get back on track this week because I really feel the difference between days I exercise and days I don't. We are supposed to get rain all week though. So no jogging or walking for me.
Last week was awful. I was sick the end of the week, I ate like crap, no exercise. This week was looking pretty bad too. Then I decided to workout last night. 20 minutes on elliptical, yay me! Now I need to keep it up.
