Do you think one inversion could flip the baby at 23 weeks? I did one last night and some cat/cow and some pelvic rocking and this am I felt feet on my side above my belly button. First time with this kiddo. I was laying on my left and kept feeling little kicks on that side but higher up than ever before (this pregnancy).

Awesome!! I think they can still flip a lot right now, but it's totally possible that convinced her to move around.

Would you keep doing inversions even when already head down or only when baby is breech??

I'd keep doing them. Just 30 seconds a day though. They can help make sure the head is properly engaged at the end. Iris was born with her head tilted so that's why I was told to do them this time.
