What kind of stuff are you doing with LO when you are at home? I feel like she likes to play with stuff but not actually playing if that make sense?
We have a playroom set up that we will hang out in and she just kind of roams around and does stuff but I'm not sure if we should be doing more? I try and read 2 books while we are in there and do a little bit of color repetition as well.

I feel the same way. I try to sit with her and a particular toy or book, planning to get really into it and educational about it, and shes up and running to the next thing within minutes. I've read they have short attention spans. And they're explorers, learning about the world around them. So anything new seems to peak her interest and keep her attention span. So we tend put some toys away and cycle them out periodically. I also let her dig through bathroom and kitchen drawers (now that I've removed anything dangerous) and her diaper bag to allow her to "explore." Sometimes I try to talk about what she's finding and get excited when she gives me things. We pass things back and forth often. Its all very unstructured and seemingly pointless but she is learning. What things feel like, how heavy they are, what sounds they make, etc. Now that its nice out, we've been going outside and she could comb through dirt and rocks and leaves for an hour!
I don't do many structured activities. Sometimes we paint or color (terms use loosely!), but otherwise, she plays. I will leave her to play alone a couple of times a day, while I'm in the other room but can still see her. It seems like she learns a lot and it's fun to watch her creativity develop in how she plays. I actively play with her too, for example, putting the coins in her piggy bank and counting them and naming colors. I talk to her a ton. I tell her what we're doing, ask her questions, and describe things. I try to make her laugh and tickle her. Anything she can "help" with, I have her do, like putting laundry away or picking up her toys. Like sanibel21 said, I tend to let her explore and she finds lots of ways to be entertained!
