Did you get any offers from the open house last weekend?

Aw thanks for thinking of us! The open house went well. We had 7 people come through which according to our realtor and my mom (who used to be a realtor) is really good. We've had 3 people really interested but no one has pulled the trigger on making an offer. It is frustrating but it has only been a couple of weeks. The market here tends to pick up in May/June so hopefully with the nicer weather there will be more people showing interest!

And for whatever reason people seem to want a street level in our neighborhood. I am hoping the right buyer comes along who understands that having a lower level walkout with extra privacy is awesome lol. Plus the street level that is about to come on the market has a terrible view of the parking lots from all windows so I am hoping anyone holding out on us will see that and realize our unit is in a better area! You can't see the street or parking lot from any rooms in ours!
