I'm not currently pregnant (and will never ever ever ever ever ever be again), but I nursed my daughter throughout my entire pregnancy and am currently tandem nursing.

Not currently but I nursed my DS for the first 24 weeks I was pregnant with my DD. We sort of mutually weaned since it was getting unpleasant for me and he would only nurse for a few seconds anyway. FYI, DS was 3.5 years.

I'm 24w and nursing my 18 month old. I nursed my first baby through a 9 week pregnancy (ended in a m/c) and then continued nursing him 10 weeks into my pregnancy with my daughter. He weaned on his own at 26 months. I plan to continue nursing my daughter as long as she'll keep going which likely means I'll be tandem nursing come May.
I try to drink at least 70-100oz of water a day.
I'm not sure how accurate this is, but I read that it's good to drink half your weight (lbs) in water (oz).
So if you weigh 140 lbs, drink at least 70oz a day. I try to go over that by quite a bit now that I am pregnant though.

I nursed part way through my past pregnancy until I dried up about 30 weeks in. Part of it was probably because of pregnancy and part because DS was slowly weaning himself - we were down to one session a day anyway.
How much water? You need around 25 oz for breastmilk and around 8 glasses if 8 oz a day for yourself. That's 89 Oz as a start. Add more if dry winter air with the heater on.
pregnancy your body is just about doubling your blood volume and redoing your blood supply so you also need more just for that.
