According to WW we are just getting out of that fussy period - and I think we're finally on the up side of things. Dd is still needy, but getting better about me not being at her side so constantly. I know they say it wasn't actually a leap, but all of a sudden dd is more vocal, starting to almost roll, and eating better. So it kind of felt like a leap to me.
You know how every WW has a "fussy period"? That shit starts at 33 weeks. The real leap takes place around 37 weeks. Signs are: baby gets pissed if you don't pay them enough attention, nightmares , extreme mood swings, and behavior regressions/behaving like a younger baby.
The end of this makes me laugh. How does a baby who can't talk or really do anything for themselves act/behave like a younger baby? I mean all our baby does is sit, roll around, giggle, cry when he wants to eat, sleep, pee and poop. What is there to regress?
Those who've recently weaned. MrsTinMKEwindwithfingers. What are your LOs eating schedule like. We've been EFF for a couple weeks now and A is still on the bf every 2 - 2.5 hours schedule. I've tried increasing ounces to stretch times but she isn't having it. Just wondering at what point they start taking more ounces.
Edit: spelling
Oh man my kid has no schedule! He was a snacker on the boob and he remains a snacker on the bottle. It's rare that he takes more than 5oz EVER. I've wasted so much formula trying to figure him out.
Be still my heart. DD came home from daycare with mother's day gifts for me. I got a picture of flowers made with paint and her footprints. I also got an oven mit with her hand print and it says dd's name, mommy's little helping hand. So cute!

We have been ff for about 3 weeks. DD has recently like last week or so gone from 4 oz to 5-6 oz depending on the day. She has been pretty consistent lately in feeding every 3-4 hours during the day and going longer stretches at night any where from 6-7.5 hour stretches. But the last two nights regressed back to every 3 -4 hour wake ups.

Edit because my phone auto corrects everything
I'm so jealous, which is irrational, but still. How sweet! My SIL who will be watching DS starting next week teaches preschool, so maybe she'll start doing crafts with him to make me "art"!

We waste so much too. A will not take more than 4 ounces even if she goes more than her normal 2 hours between bottles.
