I made chicken broccoli mac and cheese from Cooking Light and the toddler is gobbling it down (with a fork even!) and the tween is eating without a single complaint or disgusted face. This is rare.

Beats Reese's yogurt. I made her grilled chicken and stuffing, which she refused. (but my MIL said that she seemed to have an upset stomach today) so I cave and let her eat yogurt.

That is epic!! I can't wait for this day. My son currently thinks everything is "too salty". This is a step up from his previous opinion of food - which was "yucky".
Does your LO like smoothies or Popsicles? We make smoothies with spinach and kale and apple and chia and hemp and all sorts of things. I pour that into Popsicle forms and he gets a 'treat' and I get vegetables in him.
So there is hope that my child will eat something other than grapes, strawberries, bananas, slices of Munster cheese, and oatmeal? That's comforting I was really starting to panic over her eating. I'm really happy you had a successful dinner time!!!
I made the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and broccoli from the Skinny Taste cook book and she loved it. This is the first dinner resembling food that's not chicken nuggets, pb&j, hot dogs, or just flat out refusing to eat since I don't know when.
