I don't see a thread to intro in. Do we just make our own?
My doctor called this afternoon to confirm that my levels are dropping.
I started spotting Sunday, March 3rd light pink spotting. We had sex that afternoon so I assumed it was from that. Spotted the next two days. Called the doc office and asked to come in earlier than my originally scheduled appointment. My doctor was unavailable due to a delivery so they asked if I minded seeing another doctor, I agreed. Dr Mini (not my doc) did an abdominal u/s and said it appeared as if I was around 6-7 weeks but I should have been 9 weeks. She was not alarmed, just ordered bloodwork and a vaginal u/s. I couldn't get in for a few days. When I did go the baby measured 5w5d when I should have been 9w5d. I was told again, not to worry since it was too early to detect a heartbeat. Problem is I had a positive pregnancy test 6 weeks before, there was no way I was only 5w. In the meantime I started having red blood instead of light pink but never heavy. After arguing that point with the nurse at my doctor's office she agreed I should come in. I was able to see my midwife, Nikki and she ordered more bloodwork. She was absolutely wonderful and supportive.
I cannot believe how frustrating it has been just to get someone to listem to me! Do doctor's really think we don't know what we're talking about? Simple math could tell anyone something was wrong.
So now I'm waiting for the loss process to actually begin and didn't know what other group to join but this one. I've been around in TTC and then D15. I will probably hang here until we're ready to start TTC again.
