Don't forget about the apology that was requested by the IF/Loss community after a statement TB published completely left them out of the whole purpose of their community. The IF/Loss community stuck around waiting for an apology that admins kept saying was coming for 5 days of radio silence, then when they finally did post the apology it was a sorrynotsorry apology and they deleted the comment they posted where they left them out.

But they didn't post it until the community had already left even though mods were in touch with admins the entire time telling them to get it posted ASAP and they just kept ignoring it.

Here is a screenshot of their "apology" to the loss community.

Additions:

On January 20th, the ttcal board was wiped. This action, combined with the de-modding of all remaining mods, prompted the vast majority of remaining members of that community to leave for the new GBCB forum. There was no explanation ever given - again, showing how little regard XO places on this community. Many of these members had planned to remain on Ttcal in order to provide support to new members of the loss community and utilize both boards (though those who remained only made up a fraction of the original members). They believed that with the difficulty of loss, and the uniqueness of the ttcal community, any woman seeking support should be able to find it. However, the events on the 20th were the last straw, and the remaining members made their farewells. Some of the goodbye posts were deleted without reason. 

You can reword that to be more eloquent if you include it.
