I'm late to the sleep issue, but I will stand behind sleep training as the best thing I ever decided to do. When I separated from my XH and I was on my own and M was waking up every 45-90 min.... You're damn straight I did sleep training. I had no help. It was all me. And I had to get to work and function like a real person. So I did cry it out. And now I have a kid that sleeps in her own bed from 8:30-8:30. Wouldn't change a thing.
American Sniper was a terrible movie. Bradley Cooper is a good actor and that is the only good thing I can say about it. When I watched it, I knew absolutely nothing about the story beforehand or all the controversy that was arising around it. I just hated it. I guess I'm "un-American".

Don't tell me this! I so wanted to see it!
stargazer763 See it and decide for yourself Personally I loved it. I read the book and thought they did a great job of bringing the book to the screen. It's definitely a war movie but it's more about how it affects the people fighting. At least that's the way I saw it. Keep in mind it's not PC in the least, so if stuff like that offends you you might want to skip it. This is just my two cents!
I'm another one that hated American Sniper. First of all, I didn't find it true to the book at all. The real Chris Kyle was a super duper sociopathic creeper who LOVED being an assassin and even in the book he had no moral conflict about what he did. That was just manufactured drama to make the movie more interesting. The real Kyle wasn't tormented about being a sniper.
So this unpopular where I grew up, but I think #deflatgate is over blown, the refs pumped the balls back up in the second half and they still scored 28 points on us, it obviously didn't affect the score that much.
I don't get psychics. Do people really think you can talk to the dead? My cousin is very into it and honestly it just seems creepy. I also don't beleive in ghosts.
Catching up a day late... When I first read this, I read psychics and physics. I seriously thought to myself "wait, all those nerds on the Big Bang theory think they can talk to dead people?

(She was 9 months old when I did this)
I'm not saying sleep training is a bad thing or that it doesn't work. Sleep training didn't work for us, but I'm glad it worked for you. I think everyone should just do whatever works for their kids. Every kid is so different and has different sleep habits. I just got upset when people judged me for co-sleeping with my kids. I don't judge them for sleep training and I wished it worked for my kids, but it didn't so, we just do what we need to get some sleep at night.

ILY
Did you see the crazy person on CNN who doesn't want the Pats to play in the Super Bowl? SERIOUSLY? That's taking this more than a bit too far.
Although, bullshit on Brady not knowing the balls were underinflated. He was fucking throwing them: he knew it.
