I was down to one pump a day for a week (like 2-3 ounces) so it took a couple of days before they felt full. They aren't uncomfortably engorged just sore to the touch or smacks by my lovely daughter. It's been six days since I have pumped so maybe I'm on the tail end.
Yeah I think you're almost done. I definitely had the tenderness for awhile, but it was mostly isolated to my nipples. And now m boobs are very sad imitations of what they once were. I miss nursing boobs.

Anyone else's LO stealing the bottle from you to chug their milk? If so, how do you mitigate this since mine immediately cries and spits up half the bottle because she ate it too fast.
Morning ladies! I'm sitting at work on my second to last day in the office all by myself. Nobody is coming in today and I have nothing to do except wait for an email that may or may not come so that I can forward to the people who actually need to do something with it.
On a completely unrelated topic, for those of you that have transitioned from BM to formula, when did your boobs quit being full? While I enjoy having perky porn star boobs, I would like them to not be sore anymore.
I weaned really slowly, over a period of 3 weeks, and by the time I stopped, I never got a full feeling. They were sore though for a few days and randomly leaked everywhere for one day, but the process went a lot smoother than I anticipated.
I'm dreading weaning. I keep putting it off because I'm scared to do it.

It was seriously fine. Just do it slowly, take some Sudafed, prepare for a tiny bit of achiness and maybe a day of weird leaking and it's over.

jeniece47 - Similar here. It was probably 3 weeks about before that full feeling went away. Then one day it was like my bewbs had been deflated :/ I had some pain for the first week and had to pump a little here or there to relieve some of the pain/hardness I was experiencing
My baby has a fake chronic cough. He's been doing a fake cough for a while. We finally figured out my mom is teaching him. Now he does it all the time and will laugh after he coughs or stare at you intently until we cough back and then hysterically laughs. I don't know what I think about this.

My kid fake coughed for a few weeks before he learned to growl. Then he did that for awhile. Now he shrieks all day long.

it happens over night. It turns into MAMAMAMA when she's mad. So there's that? LO had zero interest in mobility and was more about the talking business. She talks from the time she wakes up to the time she passes out. Shrieking and then whispering

Yeah that's what's making me feel better about it. DS is all about the motor skills. He crawls everywhere and tries pulling up on everything. He could not care less about communicating with me.

See DD did it completely opposite from him. She just now getting the hang of picking up her own food.

Man, DS CAN pick up his own food, and he will with toast and eggs and some things, but other times he will just open his mouth and wait for us to put it in there. Still won't hold a bottle either. Lazy kid.
