I find Adam Levine completely unappealing and think he looks like he could either work at or rob a dirty Gast station quick mart on a dark street corner with bars on the windows. Idk. Maybe it would help if I liked his music, but I doubt it.
yuristar I don't like wine either, unless it is homemade. I also don't like beer either though.
queenbabee Adam Levine does absolutely nothing for me either. I will admit I liked a few songs by Maroon 5 when they first came out, but now I can't stand them. (Maybe my taste in music matured, or maybe not?)
My UO: I hate sending/buying flowers for a funeral. I would much rather make food for the family or make a donation in memorial of the person.
I shared this on parenting. Places should allow pets if I give a pet deposit and/or require renters insurance.
I allowed my tenants to have a pet with a non refundable deposit and I would never do it again. I had to replace all the carpet from that dog peeing all over the carpet.

Make the deposit high enough to cover carpet?
this.
pet owners would be willing to pay exorbitant deposits if it meant that more places would actually allow pets.

That's about one months rent for a single house here. Not unreasonable.
exactly, it's not uncommon to charge a full month's rent as the pet deposit - refundable though, for owners whose pets are well behaved and leave the place in good condition

In GA, that type of non-refundable deposit along with the standard 1 month refundable deposit would not fly. The rent was only $1100. I can't imagine a tenant being willing to pay $1100 plus $1800 just for deposit. It might be different in other parts of the country or in an area with higher priced rentals.
