DD is almost out of body wash & shampoo. We have been using phisoderm since she was born. It was what the hospital sent & I thought it smelled good. Now that she is almost 2.5 (how is that possible?) She shouldn't be smelling like a newborn. What kind of shampoo & body wash do you use for your toddler?
I still use the hair and body wash by Johnson's and Johnson's for DS2. DS1 is 8.5, and he uses man body/hair wash now (Axe or Suave, or something like that....but that started around age 6). I might hold on to the kid stuff for too long, but I had a lot of it with each child.

We use Berts Bees. It doesn't smell too strongly. I used it on my hair once in a pinch and my hair felt clean but not as soft as when I use adult shampoo.

Sometimes I use Johnson and Johnson's baby shampoo because it is tear free. Lately, she likes to try and wash her own hair so this helps cut down on the tears (yes, I know everyone has all the feelings about J&Js).
My crunchy granola is showing now, but we don't use soap on our kids. They're bathed at least every other day, and we scrub them with a wash cloth, so it's not like they're dirty, but I stopped using soap on them. Granted, my sons really only just have peach fuzz for hair, so I don't have a greasy hair issue yet. In the event that DS1 wants a bubble bath as a treat, I'll run some Dr. Bronner's under the faucet, but that's the extent of their soap usage. I've never been told my kids stink or seem dirty, my family still fights over holding my 8MO because he still has that baby smell. We also use coconut oil or tallow balm in the event that they have dry skin, but without soap, there really isn't dry skin.
