All the talk of Milano cookies (my weakness), loaded tater tots, and ice cream has me reaching for my snack drawer even though I just ate McDonalds for lunch. Yep.

So, someone PLEASE tell me your favorite healthy snacks!

It's not really a snack but pretty much my favorite thing in the world is to chop up a bunch of vegetables and tofu and seitan (we're vegetarian) and cook them on the grill, brushed with garlic and olive oil. Then we eat huge bowls of it. We always make extra to serve over brown rice for a second meal. Super healthy and best. thing. ever. I'm sure you could sub tofu and seitan for meat and get a similar result.

One snack I love that has carried over from childhood is "ants on a log". Celery with peanut butter and raisins.

When I was pregnant I HAD to HAVE Taco Bell!! And they have a cheesy bean and rice burrito in the dollar menu that I probably eat at least once a week now.....

I like apples with peanut butter. Or avocado on whole wheat toast. Sometimes I make a banana and peanut butter smoothie if I need something to go.

Caprese anything:
Mozzarella cheese, basil, tomato, olive oil and balsamic! So addicting, you can eat just as a tossed salad or on pieces of bread! Add avocado too

Super healthy delicious low calorie soup:

Boil one bag of frozen mixed broccoli and cauliflower in some chicken broth. When tender, puree. Then add in maybe 1/4 cup parmesean cheese. It is so delicious! When I diet, I eat this all the time! The cauliflower makes it creamy.

You can make coconut butter by grinding shredded unsweetened coconut in a food processor with a little bit of coconut oil until it is liquidy. Then drizzle over fresh fruit and sprinkle with cinnamon if you are so inclined. I have yet to try it, but I've heard it is amazing.

I like Edamame pods for a healthy salty snack. For sweet I usually do a protein shake or greek yogurt.

I love frozen grapes or rolling blueberries in greek yogurt and honey and then freezing them. If you are craving something sweet rolling grapes in powdered jello and then freezing them are amazing!!! They taste like sour patch kids
