Another lurker and FTM who posted infrequently. Our little girl was born December 1, by vacuum extraction, narrowly avoiding a c-section. My husband and I have been together since 2005, married in June 2010.
I have awesome maternal leave in California and lots of vacation and sick leave saved up, so I might go back part time in April to my engineering job. I also tutor math and physics part-time and I started that up again a couple weeks ago. I love getting out of the house for a few hours three days a week and interacting with the outside world. Plus, it's great for my husband to spend that time alone with her. I really miss my job; I've been there thirteen years and my co-workers are like family.
Hahaha that's awesome. It's mine too obviously So far my baby doesn't really have an opinion too much and doesn't seem to notice the headbands! Do you have a little sassy girl?
"Yes" would be an understatement. DH and I are so screwed when she's a teenager.
Diva already! I don't wanna even think about teenage years either.
Hello everyone! I hope the "welcome wagon" is still rolled out.
I am another lurker from TB N14. I followed but did not post due to a difficult pregnancy and job demands. I am a FTM and SAHM to DD (nicknamed Turtle). She arrived on 11/5/2014 and is EBF. DH and I have been together for 6 years, married for 2 of them.
I am also a Midwest mama. I do not have any friends who are parents or any family members at the same stage in life as me so this board is amazing at making me feel I am not alone. I look forward to participating and getting to know everyone!
I think I'm ready to dive in myself. I have been lurking since my bfp (I know, creepy) but am always on mobile and don't get to post much. (Hoping that will change!)
My son Liam was born on November 19. He was my fourth pregnancy but first baby (hence all that lurking/was always afraid I wouldn't make it to actually having a baby)
I have two more weeks left of maternity leave before I go back to work as a hairstylist (excited but nervous to leave him) I also work from home helping my husband with his business as well.
Can't wait to dive in and get to know everyone (and for you guys to get to know me)

Hi all, I was mostly a lurker on tb, but posted occasionally. I'm a FTM to my little Levi. He was born 11/21. My husband and I have been married for 5 years. An interesting little tidbit, we met on Match.com . I fully believe in online dating lol. Worked for us!! I was a music teacher but am now a SAHM. I'm really going to miss my job but am glad that I have the opportunity to be at home with my LO. I would like to be more active on here and fb and am looking forward to getting to know you all better!

Hey Yall! I was a reg on tb but under a different name- IndianaMommy08. Thought with a new place I'd start with a new name! You all should know me and little Ruby!!! I'll just jump right in again!
But for those that don't- I'm 24 and mom to Ruby. DH and I Will ttc again this july. I enjoy snark, good puns and chocolate.
Hello ladies. I was on the dump under mgg242. Life with 2u2 is crazy busy so I've had a lot less time. Even night time nursing I can't keep my eyes open long enough to log on usually. Hope everyone's littles are doing awesome.
I did a separate thread but I'll post here too. I was Becks517 on TB, just dropped the numbers. I was a pretty regular poster but have recently been spending more time on the FB groups. I had my son on 11/20 after a successful induction and med free (besides the pitocin) birth. I'm 26 and have been married since May 2013. I'll get an avatar and siggy here soon!

Hi, I was morrkim on the bump. I have a 2 year old girl born 10/25/12 and twin boys born 10/28/14. I married my college sweetheart in 2009. I am a special education teacher in Kansas.

zengal Whatever is equivalent to a "Bump Crush" here, you're mine. Same anniversary month and same way we met our DHs. I met him in January 2010. If that's the same for you as well, that'd be absolutely crazy.

Hello ladies!
I've decided to jump over here, but my addiction to the FB group may take most of my time.
I was a fairly regular poster on TB, but the giant randoms/secret clubhouse thread was really my main stomping grounds.
I am a single-mother-by-choice to my baby girl born 11/28. To all those who lurked during our pregnancies and are joining in now, please say you read the 11/28 thread! Gif-tastic!
Hi, I was a lurker on TB but figured now is a good time to jump in. My Baby boy was born 11-14-14 by c-section. I have two older boys from my husbands first marriage. They are 10 and 12 and great kiddos. My husband and I have been married since 11-10-13. We live in Alabama

Guess I'll go ahead & provide a formal intro. I was a reg on TB. I live outside of Seattle but am originally from the San Francisco Bay Area (hence my devotion to the 49ers). DH & I married in July 2006 and had 5 miscarriages between then & last November (when we threw in the towel for good .... Ha!) LO was a true surprise & miracle. He was due Nov. 18 but was born via c-section on Nov. 3 after being in the hospital for 6 days. I was admitted to the hospital for low fluid on 10/28 and spent 2 days on IV fluids. That didn't help so the induction began. The next 3 days were filled with every possible scenario to try to get me to go into labor (follie bulb, cytotec, Pitocin) all to no avail. Forget that I had planned to go med free. Needless to say by night 6 in the hospital I was told it was time for a c-section. It was not what I was hoping for but sooo glad I did it. Lo was perfect and we had no issues. Even my recovery went pretty well. Apparently aside from my body not ready to have a baby my pelvic bone is tilted and I would have had to have had an emergency c-section so it turned out for the best.
I work from home for an IT company and took 4.5 months off from work. I head back at the end of March.
Aaaand my apologies for that being so long. I actually never shared my birth story!
Hi ladies! Also a lurker from TB and also figured this would be a good time to jump in. I'm a STM to my DD, born 11-11-14, and my DS is 2.5 years old. I'm a veterinarian in the Midwest, I love wine, reading and traveling. I love the outdoors and wish I lived at the beach! My DH and I have been married for 8 years, together almost 15! I go back to work soon and am having mixed emotions. I like the snark and apologize in advance for not being tech savvy-I barely figured out the avatar!
Oh yeah I forgot to add ...my son was early term and actually born in October but our due date was in November. Is it okay I use this BMB primarily? I followed November all through my pregnancy and even though October was my big day, November feels more like 'home'.
Dd ended up born in October as well. She was my earliest babe at 38w and change. I'm totally staying put here!
I've been busy and haven't had a chance to post on this thread!
My rainbow baby boy was born 11/10/14 at 37w3d via csection. He was breech and I went to triage for belly/reflux type symptoms which ended up being beginning stages of PreE, since he looked good I had the csection later that day!
My history: this was my 4th pregnancy but first take home baby. I had a uterine septum and had it resected 9/2013. I got a +peestick 3/17/14 and prayed like hell for a miracle.
I was active on the dump bmb and ttcal. I'm an xray tech, work at an urgent care, and live in Missouri.

HELLO familiar friends, i never would have believed that i'd get so morally up in arms about a website, but it happened! me and my little girl born 11/11 at a very manageable 6 lbs 10 oz will be hanging out here for now. i need somewhere to start threads such as Bad Mom Awards and MIL says What? also, i have no mom friends in real life. i didn't realize how much the n14 group meant to me until the other board died and i wasn't added to the facebook group.
anyway it's supposed to dump snow tonight through tuesday and we only have 3 rolls of toilet paper left. let's see how this goes.
Hi all! Trying to figure this site out still... although, it does seem much more user-friendly than TB mobile!
From Western/Upstate NY. Married H in August 2013. Became FTM to DS November 14, 2014. Currently team "one and done", but could possibly be swayed into another one day as I have always envisioned having 2. Aaaand became a SAHM (or mom to be at that point) in June 2014.
Non-baby related: I love all things dance/cheer related, enjoy working out (weight training mixed with some crossfit exercises), love reading (although I've managed to lose my Kindle charger recently), and have developed an unhealthy relationship with Netflix... I managed to complete all available Grey's Anatomy, Law and Order SVU and Dance Moms seasons since LO was born!
Hi ladies! I changed my screen name as my old one on the dump was a made up jumble I typed in at work one day before I knew all you fine ladies would exist. I hope you regs can recognize the avatar.
I was active early in my pregnancy then took a break until the third trimester and have been active since. All of you have been more help than any book could ever be. The newborn stage has been rough but rewarding. I am lucky to be EBFing and just weaned off the shield.
I have a 12 wo boy who I call "the honey badger". Even when he was much younger it was obvious that he did not give a f#ck. He is a strong willed little guy and I feel like he is an old soul. He can throw some shade better than any of the ladies on RHOA. Lol...
I had a scheduled csection due to frank breech presentation, and LO had a head circumference that measured off the charts...so perhaps the breech position was for good cause.
I live in Nashville and am originally from Colorado. I miss it every day, but DH's job is here and that will never change, so I've come to accept it and am trying after 4 years to embrace it. I work in fashion and am excited to go back part time until I decide whether to stay home or not.
I am excited for this new forum location, to see familiar faces (avatars?), and meet some new ones. Cheers!
Hi my name is Marcy I was a lurker on TB and would post sometimes. I'ma mom of 2 DD is 5 and DS is 2 months old! Born on 11-16-14 I'm a new SAHM idk how you some of you ladies do this. PLS help!!! Lol. I have bf and happy with my little family!
Hi there! Sometimes poster and major lurker from N14. Trying to get better about posting more.
I'm a FTM to DD born 11/2/14. I started back to work yesterday at my outside sales job. So far the transition back has gone well. I work based from home, and we have a nanny so it's made "leaving" DD bearable for now.
I'm in the Midwest and have been my entire life. H and were married August 2013. I like wine and take my potatoes anyway you fix them.

Hi! I was a dirty lurker mostly on N14, but I post often on my DS's BMB July 12'. Hopefully I will be able to become more active here. I had DD on 11/13 after 4 losses. I had a VBAC and it was such a relief after a pretty difficult c-section experience with DS. I am a special education teacher in upstate NY. DH and I have been together since high school, and married for almost 7 years. I love wine and puppies. And sleep. I miss sleep.

I missed you guys!! Hi!
I've been trying to figure out how to get this working on my phone in between laughing/ lurking on the other shit show site lol.
I'll have to upload my profile pic soon. Hopefully this let's me upload pictures finally. I want you guys to see me and AJ! He's so big lol. This place seems a little more secure.
I was active on TB during our pregnancies but majorly fell off after he was born. I lurked a bit but between a new house and being back at work FB was easier!
Same name from TB. I'm 29 from Minnesota. DH and I have been together for 10 years, married for 4. We have a two year old and turtle/smunchy (still deciding on a nickname lol) born 11.10.14!
Hope I'll be able to be more active now that things are settling down around here!
