Ladies,
Starting next Monday, I'll post a "Motivation Mondays" check in on S14.
Here's the format:
1) Game Plan - List your goals for the week here (ex - work out every other day or Run a total of 6 miles this week or 10,000 steps per day or no sweets except for a margarita with with tacos).
2) Awesome/Awful - what is going great, what is not? (ex mine this wee was - Awesome that I made it to Crossfit 4x this week for the first time since LO was born. Awful that I can't figure out how to put the fork down haven't been eating very healthy lately).
3) Questions for the Group? Advice or tips to share?
4) GTKY - just for funsies, a question of the week
Before we formally start checking in, I think it would be helpful if we do an intro sharing A) where we are in our "health & fitness journey" (omg- I'm sorry that sounds so lame, but I don't know what else to call it); B) Short term goals; C) Long-term goals.
I know that some things can be sensitive / triggering such as histories with eating disorders, body image, etc. I think we have a very kind and supportive group here, but just want to remind everyone that though we're all 9 months PP, we're not all on the same same page health-wise. So let's try to be extra careful in our discussions! Share only what you feel comfortable sharing! And remember, tips and advice are just that. What works for you may not work for me =)
