It was the second night of attempting CIO and my H and I were super stressed about the whole thing. Finally when DS fell asleep I realized I had to pee. I was so worried about waking him up I actually went pee in the backyard to avoid him waking up from the flush!
The cherry on top was that DH and my dog followed me and we had a communal family outdoor pee.

We don't flush the upstairs toilet after our toddler goes to bed. So most mornings there is pee in there. We aren't sure it will bother him at all but he has traumatized us with bed issues so we take no chances. Our baby - we don't hold back on anything, he sleeps through anything including barking dogs.
After my divorce the original plan was to change my name back to my maiden name. Now that I haven't spoken to my dad in almost 2 years I really don't want to do that. Plus it would also mean that I don't share a last name with either of my boys. And it drives BF crazy even though he understands why.
I've been on this board for half a year and I have no clue of the origin of the word notch.
Somebody's phone autocorrected bitch to notch. But I can't remember who it was. Damn it.
MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
I was in the waiting area during my 3 hour GD test. A mother/daughter duo was a few seats down talking about ALL THE FOODS and I was hangry so I vented to the board.
Then I started hysterically laughing when Sinner pointed it out. And the notches gave me a side eye.

DS was on the couch with H last night. DS decided to leap off. He fell on the floor face down. He has a knot on his head and had a bloody nose for about 5 minutes. Ultimately, he's fine. H was SOOO upset. He paced for a long time and kept waking up last night to check on DS.
FFFC: I'm so glad it happened on H's watch first. That way when (because I'm realistic) it happens on my watch, it won't be as big of a deal.

I judge parents who bring their kids with them to criminal/family court or to fill out divorce/protective orders/custody pleadings.
While I understand that some parents truly have no other options for childcare, I just feel like kids should not be traipsed through the courthouse and made to see/hear the things that go on there. This goes double for the parents who bring their kids AND an aunt, uncle, grandparent, cousin, friend. Leave the kids with that person AT HOME!!

Sigh. DS has a bruise on his head from banging his forehead on his crib. I hate these baby injuries. They should stop their flailing!
