I already started to plan dd's birthday party. In October.
I've started thinking about my DD's party too (also in October). She says she wants a Doc McStuffins party, at least for now.
I'm doing some sort of arts and crafts because she loves coloring. Plus then I can shop back to school sales for supplies/favors. lol. I wanted to get little mini canvas's for the kids to paint but H is all nope to that inside the house and October in Michigan is iffy on weather for outside.
I just called to make my next ob appointment. It won't be until July 7 which will be 9 weeks 6 days or 10 weeks 1 day.
With dd I had an ultrasound at 6 weeks, appointment and ultrasound at 8 weeks, and appointment and ultrasound at 12 weeks with a intake appointment somewhere in between. I had an extra ultrasound because of the early losses so waiting until 10 weeks is probably more normal but I'm like boo!
Also I have most Friday's off so I tried to schedule my appointment for a Friday but I couldn't since my ob isn't usually in on Friday's. So now I feel bad because I watch a baby and my needing time off means it messes with her mom's work schedule, but I also mostly hate my job so there's that... I'll eventually have to tell her so I can figure out if it's easier for her if I have morning or afternoon appt's. Her office is about 15 minutes from my ob's office.
Did anyone here use VIP FF? Did you suspend your account now with the bfp? I'm wondering if looking at my friends list occasionally would cause a problem for suspension. I'd like to save the VIP I left, but I don't want to lose my ability to chart stalk...
I suspended my account too - from what I understood, once you suspend it, you can't log in at all or it goes back to active.

Better early than late!
We left way too much planning to the week before LO's party. It still managed to go pretty well, but life would have been much less stressful if I'd done some manner of pre-planning!
I love planning DS's birthdays! His first was Cookie Monster, second was Monsters University and this year will be Jake and the Neverland Pirates. I'm so excited, and also start planning super early.

I didn't even think of suspending it! Will it then save the remainder of my VIP subscription for when I want it again? Boo, I do like their pregnancy tracker, though.

kelle017 I dont think you're crazy. I love planning stuff early! What if you do painting but throw down a few garbage bags so that no mess gets on the floor?
I'm trying to drink water, but every time I take a sip I start to get queasy! grossness.

If my cat doesn't stop putting her toys in the toilet, I think I might sell her.
Not really, but I wish she would stop!
While my cat does not put his toys in the toilet he does drink from it so now all our toilets are lid-down. Might be the solution for you too! I think it's adorable she's doing that though

Yup. Toilet water apparently is >>>> than all other sources of water. Except maybe shower drain water.
So many little wet footprints.
Much easier to cope with when it's the shower water versus the toilet water ;-)

THE SHOWER DRAIN WATER. Why is this preferable to the water bowl. Weirdos. And it scares me whenever I wash the shower because I'm afraid he'll lick the bleachy water.
My coworker and I sit back to back. She is sitting there licking each finger after eating wings and smacking loudly. I'm going to hurl.
I never understood people who could eat wings at work. It's so messy I'd probably get the sauce all over my outfit and keyboard. Back to the point though - sorry you're going through that! Not a polite food to begin with and she seems to be extra impolite about it.

I try so hard to remember to close the lid, I forget a lot. DS also forgets a lot. She loves to get half way in and play.
I'm supposed to go with a couple friends tomorrow night. I'm not ready to tell them I'm pregnant, but I don't know how to get around the drinking. The whole purpose of going out is to have a few drinks. And they know me too well to know I wouldn't pass it up if I could drink. Ugh.

I'm trying to decide if that would work. (Although I'm sure they know it hasn't stopped me before). I have thought about canceling. Or I may tell one (that one that's not as much of a big mouth!) so she can help me hide it.
If you said you were on antibiotics for a UTI it would also give you an excuse for frequent bathroom breaks. Or maybe have the bartender make you a club soda with lime and say it's a vodka soda? Or maybe you overindulged recently, and want to lay off alcohol for a bit.

Along the lines of hiding behind a club soda looking like vodka, depending on what you get it seems like there are always ways to make it virgin just let the bartender know.
Ugh for the 2nd in a row DH is eating the yummy dinner I made and very much wanted to eat before I started cooking it. The smells when I'm cooking are getting to me and now I'm so nauseous I can't stand to eat anything except a bagel with butter
DH is gone this week so I'm on my own with DS and have been MIA a lot. I don't know if it's me, just having crazy hormones running through me, or if DS is all whacked out but he's been awful. I want to pull my hair out. I've been mad at him non stop for every move he's making and I feel guilty but he's just being super naughty and he's never like this. He's not usually a whiny, tantrum, misbehaving kid and he did a 180 this week, which makes it awful since I'm alone and tired. My patience is non existent. Sigh.

Just as a PSA of sorts ...
I went and had my teeth cleaned today, seriously dreading it. Last pregnancy I had my teeth cleaned around 20 weeks-ish, and it was *dreadful*. Pregnancy causes increased blood flow to your gums which makes them extra sensitive (and bleed-y, obviously). It was the most painful tooth cleaning I'd ever had. So I was super apprehensive about this one. Not nearly as bad as I'd expected! So if you're due - go early on in your pregnancy ladies! Your gums will thank you!

How old is your DS?
I swear they have sensors to tell them when you're already nearing the end of your rope ... and then they see how far they can take things. Cheeky buggers.

He's 2 1/2 this month. I'm sure it's a combo of me being more short fused and DH being gone for longer than normal so we are both edgy. We rarely have to do time out as I usually just offer him choices or can tell him to stop because _____ and he'll listen but he's really pushing it hard core.

Love tit for comisseration. You just described DD the past couple days.

I normally would say a large glass of wine sounds good, but literally it doesn't even sound good. Lol. Sleep, sleep sounds good.
