Oh man pixie523! A crawler who doesn't yet realize her own power!? Hehe. Definitely hang in there. DH is on his diet and I think our bland dinners have created my recent cravings, so I researched and found a delicious beef and broccoli recipe that called for only a splash of oil. It was so yummy and DH said he'd like to have it again next week! I didn't give any to baby though- she got some peanut butter sandwich instead.
pixie523 Yay for crawling!! So exciting. I half can't wait for LO to crawl, and half am terrified of it haha.
zengal That sounds delicious, too bad my H doesn't like broccoli. I'd love to make something like that.
Re DTD: LO started STTN, like consistently (hoping this continues)... and we've DTD 3x in the past week. It's actually better than pre-baby. When people said that before, I thought they were crazy, but that's totally me now!
Here's a WTF for the day... Our neighbors downstairs have a huge bag of onions just sitting outside their door. Like, I'm talking 20 pounds of onions maybe. It makes the whole stairwell smell like onions, which is interesting. I have no idea what they could need that many onions for!?

Oh hi. I can finally log in again.
Just a note, zengal, even the most liberal of baby feeders say to wait on peanuts for a while. You just never know with that allergen. Though I guess at this point you know because LO either did or didn't react.
I couldn't log in for a while today too! Maybe part of that restructuring that's going on. wildflower810 it's so interesting how we've all been instructed. Our pedi said that recent research points to the benefits of early exposure to common allergens and that we should give eggs and peanuts before age one. It's a good thing too because baby loves her some eggs and peanut butter! But not together And now I want some french onion soup.

zengal - my ped said the same thing about peanut butter & eggs. Lo practically dive bombed my pb&j sandwich the other day so I let him have some. He loved it. I figure I was going to find out one way or another if he reacted. As for eggs I've given them to him twice & he won't eat them.
