With all our talk of Friends... I routinely sing my baby boy All About That Bass. I change the words "boys like a little more booty to hold at night" to "moms like a little more booty to hold at night" but yea. I call it our anthem. My boy came out at 9 lbs 3 oz though so he's always been quite an armful which I love. It just reminds me of that episode where Rachel and Ross sing Baby's Got Back to their little girl.
mgk207 Yea I sometimes do that. I always feel terrible but I know that if I wake him to change his diaper he will scream bloody murder and then be wide awake. So sometimes I just apologize to him in advance, put him in his RnP and sneak away.
I got a prescription for the mini pill at my PP appointment on Wednesday. Not because I have any interest or intention of having sex, but in the hopes it will keep my menstrual migraines at bay. I can't imagine being down with a migraine for a few days a month with my little man to take care of.
I don't want to go on the pill again for contraception but for acne. I had beautiful clear skin in pregnancy and woke up to a big zit on my forehead today. So it returns.

Meee tooo! Pregnancy skin was glorious! I look like a teenager these days and my skin is so dry from being inside with the heat on, ugh!

Did you have any migraines while pregnant? I had one right around the beginning of first tri and that was it. I started getting them again just a couple weeks ppm. In fact, there were 2 days where I managed to get 3. I think I'm back to normal headache/migraine schedule now but pregnancy seems to be the cure. I may end up with 6 kids now..

So last night at 4.5 weeks PP, DH snd I were feeling frisky so we DTD. My little spawn was 6 feet away from us in the RmP and she woke up and started screaming about 2 minutes before we finished. Felt so good and also SO guilty for those last few moments :/

Not only did I not have a migraine, my skin was clear, and my allergies were the easiest they have been in years! I told my husband I'd like to just stay pregnant continuously...

I hadn't gotten a single migraine my whole pregnancy. I don't want to jinx myself, but I've had headaches PPM but not migraines yet. Pregnancy was fantastic. lol I may be with you there - we may give the Duggars a run for their money!

Yes!!! No AF pimples and my allergies were practically nonexistent, too.
I am considering not changing LO's diaper until the next feeding because he's now sound asleep and I desperately just want to go back to bed! Plus, I just changed it before I fed him...
Oh my word, I cannot do this. LO will positively lose it when she needs to be changed. She will wake up from being nigh comatose just because she peed. Sometimes she pees, wakes up, makes you change her, then the minute she has a clean diaper immediately pees again. I'm not sure she has ever gone twice in the same one. Sometimes she doesn't even wait for the new diaper - she just doesn't want to pee in the wet one. You take the wet one off, expect her to pee - either before or after you get the new one on.
I do a lot of laundry now that we're using our cloth diapers.
We aren't cloth diapering, but Mina goes insane when she's dirty/wet. But good news: I've heard that that makes them easier to potty train? Any STMs able to correct me or back me up on this? Because it's kind of the hope that's been keeping me going... LOL

I forgot my confession. I am lazy and just use the shield 98% of the time instead of trying to go without it. It's easier than dealing with a frustrated 2 week old baby. Shameless.

I've watched Pitch Perfect almost every day this week. It's the only movie on my DVR and I'm too lazy to find something else to watch. Good news, I can sing the songs to LO.
Im making my children grilled cheese for lunch for the 3rd time this week.
This should be under Saturday Successes, not FFFC! Grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing.
Second this!! I love grilled cheese sandwiches! I am actually bummed that I have to go on a no dairy diet right now to determine if my little one has a protein allergy. So no more grilled cheese or anything else delicious! :-(

One of the members of my bible study group will be 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow. All she could talk about last night is how miserable and tired she is. Then she prayed that the baby would come early. Mind you, her first was born at 27 weeks so I have NO idea why she would even think such a thing. Anyway....
Last night before bed I prayed her baby would stay put past her EDD... you know, just to make sure it's fully cooked and healthy....not out of spite...
Also, I might not have a two year old by the end of the day, he smacked me across the face and has been screeching at the top of his lungs since being in time out.
I didn't know what to make my toddler for lunch, my grilled cheese sandwiches are on the grill right as I type this ;) Thanks for that!
My two year old had also been screaming all week (not just in time out)... luckily baby is a heavy sleeper, but I so wish I could wear earplugs... Sorry upstairs neighbour!

Haha calvinfoster, too funny! That reminds me that I really should be thinking/planning my morning routine once I go back. Ugh.
I fell down a few steps holding one of the girls last night. I was wearing kind or slippery socks and holding my phone so I wasn't holding the railing. One foot slipped off and I skidded down the steps on my back with the baby on my chest. She gave one startled yell, I think because I yelled. I felt awful. DH saw and was so mad/worried. When I started tearing up he stopped lecturing me and just made sure we were both ok. I felt and do feel awful!

I do this all the time because if I wake her up to change her diaper good luck getting her back to sleep!!

Ugh my DD is such a cock block lol!! She'll be out cold but the minute we start she starts screaming at the top of her bloody lungs ! We actually got my mom to watch her last weekend so we could have a few drinks with friends, we totally ditched early to get some uninterrupted adult play time lol!!

In the evenings and weekends when DH is home, I often ignore DDs crying when I'm sleeping, and wait for DH to get up with her! If he doesn't I usually give him a little nudge but pretend it was a sleep nudge lol!
