Our LO is in her crib at night. We have the pack and play set up in our living room on the main floor for daytime naps. Before I went back to work (~3.5 mos) we transitioned from cosleeping to crib and she's done great. She 100% sleeps better in there now than she does anywhere else
Crib since day 1 at home and she sleeps amazing in it. Pnp gets used on vacation and she doesn't sleep as peacefully in it, might need a new softer sheet. Pnp used at grandma daycare's
DS as slept in his room since he was a few weeks old. He slept in the mamaroo from 6weeks to almost 4 months then in his crib starting at 4 months. Sometimes if he wakes up early we bring him in bed with us and he never goes back to sleep there.
We never bought a crib, only have a pack n play. DD slept in the rock n play until 4 months and now sleeps in bed with us. We'll probably bed share until she's old enough to go straight into a twin floor bed but like having the pack n play as a backup/safe place for her when I need it.
For the most part, DD is sleeping in her crib. But a lot of nights when she wakes up to eat, we both doze off in the recliner (bad, I know, but I'm so damn tired and just.want.to.sleep). She has been fighting that lately though because she wants to be back in her bed, so hopefully soon she'll be in her crib all the time.

She's still in her rock n play. I don't think I'm ready for her to move to her nursery yet. I may drag the pack n play into our room soon to try to get her used to sleeping on a flat surface before we make the big move to the crib later on.
Crib since 6 weeks. PnP when we travel or sometimes I'll set it up under the shade when we are outside. He doesn't like to sleep in it and ffwc we totally put a mattress pad under the PnP sheet so he would be more comfortable

Crib! Finally! She slept in her swing until about 3 months. Then her bouncer in our room. Until last month, when we tried to put the bouncer in her room. I went into her room in the morning and she was on the floor. The cover fell through and she went kaboomaroo. That night was the first night in her crib. She wasn't safe anymore elsewhere.

This is exactly what we did a couple months ago. It went fairly smoothly for us - no way to know if moving her straight to the crib would have gone better or worse, but it felt better to take smaller steps instead of everything at once.

Oh no! Was she still asleep?
I'm thinking that she had woken up and arched her back to stretch and stretched too far and it pulled the cover down. She was totally fine. I had walked in to check on her and she was on the floor! I felt awful.

We don't have enough space to keep a pack n play up all the time so it just gets used on trips. The baby sleeps in bed with us. I don't know when she'll move to the crib, I haven't really thought about it.
Pack n play in my room. She is/will be sharing a room with DS and he won't keep the room clean so I can't walk in there without tripping over everything and that's where the crib is. So, for now she'll stay in my room.
Crib. He won't sleep if he's not in his dark, quiet room
I live far enough north (and I'm not even that far north!) that it's light out until almost 10pm... And it starts brightening again at 4am. I've basically had to train LO to sleep anywhere, regardless of light.
I wonder if this is why she doesn't fully go to bed for the night until after 9.
This is my life in the summer time it's bright out till 10pm. baby girl sleeps wherever but lately with the four year old I can't get him to go to bed at 830. I'll be like ok Isaiah it's time for bed and his reply every time "but mom it's still a sunny day". Back to the original question LO sleeps in her crib in my room. During the day she'll sometimes nap in the pnp of I don't want to walk upstairs.

My mom said I rolled off their bed during a nap once, and rolled under the bed, fell back to sleep. She went in to check on me and I was gone. I'd have a heart attack! Glad Loralai is okay
Funny story. My sister had my nephew when she was 15, so she still lived with us for his first year. One night she opened the window because it was hot and a cat came in. She bed shared with my nephew and is super allergic to cats. She woke up in the middle of the night with an asthma attack, my nephew was gone and she was cuddling the cat. He had rolled between the mattress and the wall and was sound asleep. She freaked though, and woke everyone up.
Glad I am not the only one on the rock n play. He is back to stomach sleeping so I moved him in the crib on his belly while sleeping. D u d not wake up. Wish me luck.
