I'm officially having the most bizarre dreams ever.
I never used to remember my dreams, but now, they're just cray cray. And apparently I need to have sex. I'm sensing a theme. Someone please tell H and reassure him it's okay!
Vivid sex dreams sounds great!
They're great until you're on pelvic rest and aren't allowed to have an orgasm until further notice. #pregnancyfail

Ditto to all of this. Extreme sexual dreams lately. I dreamt about glass dildos wtf?! I am also on pelvic rest due to ivf and until we have a confirmed heartbeat hopefully Monday!
As for symptoms I've had two periods of brief nausea but my headaches are pretty bad. Last time they didn't start until a little later so this sucks!
I was given some diclegis samples at my appt today. I took a dose a few hours ago to see how tired it would make me. I'm not any more tired than usual and my nausea is basically gone. This is amazing.
It worked that fast for you? I took it last night for the second time and still feel nauseous.
I took diclectin (assuming this is the same thing?) my whole first pregnancy and have been for the past three weeks now, I don't find it does anything. I swear it's a placebo.
I had a couple vivid sex dreams last week. Last night, I had a terrible nightmare that DH and I were in a car at night and he drove us off of a super tall bridge (accidentally). It was very scary feeling like I knew I was going to die and there wasn't anything I could do about it. I remember in the dream right before we hit the water, I said to DH, "I'll love you forever and always." And then I woke up. And I woke up DH because I was so upset.
So I've been taking diclegis since monday. I'm still nauseous but the doctor wants me to be on it another week to see if it will help. Has it taken anyone else awhile to work?

How much are you currently taking? I've recently had to add in a pill in the middle of the day.
I took the 2 bedtime pills Mon and Tue, added in the morning pill on Wed and added the afternoon pill Thur so I'm taking the max amount.
I think it took 7-10 days for me to feel the full effect of Diclegis. At first it just made me more tired, but had minimal effect on my nausea. But once it really kicked in, it was amazing. My doctor had me on the max amount from the very beginning, rather than easing in (as the Diclegis label recommends).
The study included in the diclegis box didn't measure for decrease in symptoms scores compared to placebo until two weeks after starting. The difference between the diclegis and placebo were only .7 of a point improvement anyway. Also, 60% of the patients needed to go up to 4 pills. Not really giving me that much confidence in diclegis. I'd call your doctor on Monday to see if they could do anything else for you if it doesn't improve over the weekend.
Thanks ladies the nurse said to call Monday if I'm not better but also said the doctor will want me to stay on it for at least a week with the max amount of pills.

I finally figured out after a week of misery that the gross feeling i get after eating is heartburn. I didnt have it with my first so i didnt recognize the symptoms. Tums make me feel nauseous tho...sigh...i cant wait until this part is over.

I hate tums so I take Zantac. Works within a few minutes for me but with my last pregnancy I started taking one every day since the heart burn was constant.

I've had heartburn too. And sometimes I have to figure out if it's heartburn, nausea, or anxiety.
I have been eating a snack literally every hour and I feel much better when I do the constipation started today though can I just feel great during my pregnancy? That would be amazing!!

I'm burping so much. I keep apologizing to DH. Maybe it is gas that causes the nausea waves? Thankfully it's coming out the top end and not the other end, at least. Any suggestions?

No suggestions, but I'm definitly experiencing the burping too

Same here. No suggestions, but I hope someone has some because this cannot continue in the office!
Are there any other ladies out there not experiencing nausea or morning sickness? I'm very sorry to the ladies who are, but at 8w3d I've got nothing. Heard a healthy heartbeat at my ultrasound Thursday, so I should probably relax a little, but I just find it odd that I feel mostly normal.

I've had only a few (like 4 or 5) fleeting moments of nausea. I am trying to enjoy it, because I figure it can show up at any time - I have my cheerios and ginger lozenges ready to go.
Most days I am still feeling mostly normal, except for eating all the time, peeing all the time, and having to hold my boobs when I go up or down the stairs.

When I was pregnant with DS I felt completely normal the whole time. If it hadn't been for giant bump and alien moving belly I wouldn't have known I was pregnant. And he came out perfect So enjoy it! This time I've had nausea here and there, especially in the car and if I get too hungry, but it's bearable...

This was exactly me. Besides the fatigue and increased appetite I has zero symptoms. Not even sore boobs.

This, exactly. The up/down stairs part made me laugh because it is so true. I was also super nervous for the ultrasound, thinking I didn't have "enough" symptoms. I've been told to enjoy it for as long as it lasts and keep my mouth shut. I'm a worry wart, though, so I would like a little extra signage that things are okay in there- I understand!
I didn't really have much nausea with my last pregnancy and I'm avoiding it pretty well this time. Sometimes a scent or something will hit me and I will feel nauseous for a bit but it seems to pass without me vomiting. My gag reflex was out of control last time and this time it's not as bad. I can still pretty much get all my teeth brushed. Last time I had a short time when I couldn't even attempt to get the brush in my mouth without gagging. I had bad acne for a week and then it started to clear up for a bit and now my face is breaking out again. It's annoying. This pregnancy is kind of weird. One minute I'm having symptoms and feeling super bloated and tired. Then sometimes l feel completely normal and almost forget I'm pregnant.
