I have been using the Beachbody 21 Day Fix videos, and I love them. The workouts are only 30 minutes long.
Do you do the shakes and all the other stuff or just the videos?
When I went through it the first time, I did the meal plan. It was right before my surgery, so I didn't get to do a full 21 days. Right now I'm just doing the workouts every day and trying to eat sensibly. It's definitely more effective to do the meal plan with videos, but it's a lot of upkeep.
And no, I don't do the shakes. I think it's BSC to spend $130 a month on shake mix.
