Coffee. The other day I'm exhausted and running late for work. I put my mug on top of the car to put my bag, lunch, etc in and forget it up there. I get to the end of the street and reach for my coffee. Shit! No morning coffee and I'm pretty sure I just lost my mug. I hit the brakes for the stop sign. Thunk, clunk, slide. My mug hops the luggage rack and slides down the windshield nestling itself between the hood and windshield. Right side up no less. I rolled down the window, reached for it, and praised the coffee gods right then and there. Didn't even spill a drop!
I will be thankful for coffee again this morning. LO had a rough night.
Now that I am sufficiently awake...I am also thankful for: -Spending last weekend with my nieces and nephews. -Creating an amazing concoction of sangria with strawberry ice cream instead of ice cubes. -And the quality time had with DW the other night. She's not big into handholding or cuddling much so it was a pleasant surprise when she reached for my hand and we just watched a movie without her being on her phone. It may have been the wine, but I'll take it "
Grateful that baby passed her NST this morning after a few days of very slow movement.
Grateful for the fresh baked loaf of sourdough bread that I'm about to devour.
Grateful my pet turtle is finally sunbathing again, I was getting worried.
Grateful I have an amazing, supportive DH.
Grateful I found the therapist I have now! Session 2 with her went very well, she helped calm a lot of my fears and convince me I wasn't going crazy, and helped me set up a plan in case I did.
Grateful my OB told me it's unlikely I'm going to go overdue with this little girl! Come on, 2 more weeks!
Grateful for my chiropractor. I'm in love with her.
I am so thankful for the relationship I have with MH. We have such a good balance of love and respect. I was able to tell him something that was bothering me yesterday and he was receptive and changed the behavior.
I am grateful for my job and the work I get to do. It does help me knowing that I am helping others.

This is an amazing story. You definitely had the coffee gods watching over you!
I hope your LO sleeps better tonight so you can get some rest.
I'm thankful for my flexible job and relatively comfortable life.
I'm thankful for the swimming lessons we're taking DS to. They're at the rec center near our house, and they fill up fast so we were lucky to get a spot.
I'm thankful for whatever it was that let me stay present and calm during our couples therapy session today.
+1 for chocolate and if LO doesn't sleep maybe I'll see you online. In the nicest way possible...I hope I don't. LO will be awake he's cutting a tooth, but hopefully you are getting some sleep.

teeth are the worst! Thankfully they can only cut 20 of them, and then it's in the past.

I'm thankful for the rainy weather that I got to enjoy this weekend. Yes, seriously! I was dried out and really relished the rain. Oh that smell..... Ahhhhh.
Ahem. Anyways! Also grateful that DH can keep his cool when I lose mine and even if we lose our cools together we can talk through things and laugh about it later
