I need a new stroller for my 5 month old. Our current stroller is 8 years old and looks 20. I would like a stroller that is good for rough terrain (I sneak out on the golf course a lot) and maybe for running (lord knows that won't actually happen). Due to an injury I received while giving birth, long weird story, I need a stroller that is easy to fold with one hand.
I also want a purty one cuz I deserve it.
Budget not a huge issue. Please give me your recommendations.
So a jogging or all terrain? Mountain buggy or Bob if you're looking at actual joggers. All terrain then any of the Phil and Ted's all terrains. Sturdy long lasting and all easy to push. Not 100% on the Mountain Buggy or BOb, but Phil and Ted's are quick and easy to fold. I know you can one hand it because I did - I had one for four years. Oh, also test out the Valco.
Everyone I know who has a Bob highly recommended it. We couldn't spend that much on a stroller at the time, so I settled for an Eddie Bauer jogger. It's not that great in tough terrain. The bob strollers have shocks, so they should be much better.
flcl it's funny you say that. Everyone here shops with theirs, the malls and stores are packed with them. It's like a herd. A scary herd. I stuck to my P&T because it was narrower, still fit up to tall kids but the tires still got you through rough stuff. But I also had a running stroller/bike trailer and a lightweight.

Love our BOB for all terrain, but agree with PP, not great for long periods. Also, I'm petite (and quite out of shape) and do not find it "easy" to fold or think I could do it one handed. I also find it pretty heavy. If you gave it a try in the store to make sure you can fold easily, I would definitely rec for golfing or trails

How about a City Versa? It's not a jogging stroller but it handles great on pavement and grass if you get the GT wheel kit. It's being discontinued so you can find them at a great price. Also, you can fold it one handed and it has a smaller footprint in your trunk. I think mine is pretty.
