Okay, 42butterflies, I love OUAT so far, but I'm really having trouble with the kid's acting. Tell me, does he get better?
Lol - he had a good episode for the mid season finale in S3...... But his voice is cracking some now so at least it's entertaining. I find it a little endearing though, like its part of his aw shucks character. And it helps elevate the campiness of he show.

So freaking tired. And thankful the owners also installed a third fire alarm in the hallway upstairs -- but I'll feel so much better once we get the one in E's room fixed.

DS's fever went away yesterday after about 2 hours. It never returned so I'm sending him to daycare today. However they learn to negotiate at such a young age. He really wants to stay home today so I told him that if his head starts hurting again (his no-fail fever tell) his teacher will take his temperature and if he has one I will come and get him. He then said he wants a cake pop from Starbucks and to snuggle on the couch while watching The Lego Movie.
I feel like I'm ruining his plans for a hooky day.

hellooldfriend I hope Cal is better this morning. Cleaning up vomit is no fun. Give him small amount of fluids (like an oz every 15-30 minutes) and if he keeps it down you can increase it. Tummy bugs do not like full bellies!
And wash your hands more than you honk is necessary. These suckers are very contagious.
So the day my H drove back to work a cougar attacked two guys on the jobsite and I'm freaken out a little
I saw this on the news too. It's definitely scary, and anything can happen. But the likelihood of a cougar striking like that again isn't very high. They really tend to avoid humans unless cornered or hungry. Try not to worry too much
Trevor is saying that there is another 2 or 3 hanging around. It was just a young one. They one guys ear is all messed up but they will be ok.
Trevor has to walk into the bush alone to do his job. So they now have to use the buddy system and have some sort of weapon on them.
I grew up in the city this is all out of my element.
megsw85 I'm assuming he's up in the GP area too? It's good they've got some kind of protocol set up to protect the guys. If I was walking alone in the bush up there I would probably be carrying a weapon too, just to be safe. But im sure he'll be fine. We've had a lot of cougar sittings here too, and while we are always cautious I'm not too terribly worried. I'm more concerned about the dogs than I am about us since they are much more likely to be attacked than I am.
thatblondie B had horrible reflux - he arched his back after every feeding and didn't want to be put down. He was uncomofrtable for two months until we realized what it was and he was put on Zantac. All of his onesies have huge spit up stains. Luckily they are underneath Y's clothes or they would have been thrown out. I have a friend whos kid also had reflux but he was a "happy spitter upper" and it didn't bother him. With B I also used receiving blankets as spit up rags and I always had to wash the floor behind me because his spit up went far/would go over my shoulder.
G liked to spit up down my nursing tank. Ah, memories.

I definitely lost track of the number of times I had to clean spit-up out of my shelf bra. Happy spitters are *so* much fun!
