Summer is usually my favorite season but it has been crazy hot. I'm so sick of the upper 90s and being confined to indoor activities with LO. I'm also ready for all things pumpkin. I actually bought ingredients for pumpkin chocolate chip cookies the other day.
I would love for tempos in the 90's. 104 here today without heat index, and 60% humidity. My car temp gage read 121 when i crawled in after work yesterday, only dropped to 111 worth a on. Yuck!
I am ready for fall and late temps, I hate cold weather though
Same here. We're all feeling cooped up, especially J, but we can't let him play outside in 100 degree weather. You can only go to the grocery store so many times.
I love fall. It's my favorite season. I also can't wait for all things pumpkin.
I am worried about being cooped up all winter though. Our house isn't big at all and E quickly gets bored inside. I'm going to have to figure out a list of places we can go when there is 2feet of snow on the ground... Not looking forward to that so much.

Normally I love summer but I'm really looking forward to the cooler temps. I'm sure I'll be saying something completely different come winter when I'm cooped up with a newborn and toddler but for now I'm just too hot and uncomfortable. Plus I worry about doing too much and DD overheating since she can't really tell me when she's getting too hot.

I love fall.... I was just telling my sister yesterday i can't wait for long sweaters, leggings & boots so I don't have to put as much thought into my outfit lol.. I enjoy being really pregnant during the fall/winter months so I can just throw a sweatshirt or something less fitting on.

I. HATE. SUMMMMMMMMERRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!! It is 100+ here for the foreseeable future. UV is off the charts. So we will basically be staying inside until fall comes. Even walking the 7 minutes to our neighborhood park in unbearable. Luckily we have some shade in our front and back yard.

I love fall and the clothing for it, but I'm just not ready for school to start in 3.5 weeks. I want more time home with DS before the transition from part time to full time happens.

I love fall!! It is my favorite season!! I just wish that my work didn't ruin part of it for me. Halloween is a major season at my work, so I never really get to go to the pumpkin patch or anything because I have to work all weekend and DH has to work all week. Other than that, sweatshirts, apple cider, and crinkly leaves is where it's at!!!
It's my favourite. I love that the weather is warm but crisp. I love the fashion. I love the season fruits/ veggies. I love the return of eating (and enjoying) hot foods - home made soups mmmm. I do no like all things fake pumpkin but I do like all things real pumpkin.
Eta: my autocorrect reminded me of another: I love the return of TV shows.

+1 to the shows. I really miss not having anything to watch after DD goes to bed.
Hell yes, bring it! I cannot wait to not have sweat dripping down my breasts five minutes after stepping outside. Levi loves being outside and the cooler weather will be wonderful for us all to enjoy it. Nothing bad can be said for: Football, Pumpkin anything, Jeans and a sweater, The smells in the air are different and I can't wait!

I LOVE fall. I will miss summer a bit this year....summers are so much easier with babies. No bulky coats, hats, gloves, trying to carry them with all that crap on and getting them in the car seat. I love to be able to just slip on my flip flops and go.
But fall is my favorite season. I love the changing colors, halloween, plus our anniversary is in October, 5 years this year.

Guise. My neighbors tree leaves are already starting to change color, and I saw a couple leaves fall on our way to daycare this morning. I'm kinda happy about that.

Thanks for the update, maganonymous. It's still over 100 degrees here and this info just makes me a little sad. But I guess knowing it's happening *somewhere* means it might happen here.....in a few months.
We are traveling next month and the high there is what the lows are here. I CANNOT WAIT. I want to remember what it feels like to be a little cool outside.

Oh and this fall I'm most excited about doing all the different fall activities with DD. She might still be a little young for a lot of it but I think she will enjoy them.

Me too! I am so excited for hayrides, trick or treating, corn mazes, etc.

Unfortunately it's still hot here too. I think it has to do more with the type of tree than the weather supposed to be 90 and sweat your ass off humid all week

I get an extra bounce in my step once I see my first leaves changing each fall.

It's not supposed to hit 100 this week!! 99, probably. But not 100! That little psychological difference means everything, I think. *looks longingly at sweaters in closet. won't be long!*
