Morning! I didn't see if @jap started this yet. If yes, ignore this. If any one has any tips, successes, vents, etc., place them here. If we want to move this to the Healthy living page, we could do that too.
I'm doing a modified Paleo for right now, per my nutritionist. Here is my meal plan for the week.
Monday: Pork tenderloin with mixed vegetables (will add potatoes for MH).
Tuesday: Zucchini noodles with meat/ tomato sauce

Wednesday: leftovers
Thursday: Walnut pesto stuffed chicken breasts with baked sweet potato

Friday: Poached salmon with asparagus (minus the relish) – will add rice for MH

Breakfast is variations of eggs for this week and lunch is the salad bar- but sticking with veggies and proteins.
Snacks= almonds, pistachios, yogurt (I'm modified), cheese sticks
I'm not sure what the weekend meals will be yet, but I will probably have a cheat day.
I've also given up alcohol for the next two weeks. We'll see how that goes. I might do a splash of Rose's lime with sparkling water if I'm feeling daring. Ha...
I'll also add my exercise plan- do not need to include this in future. I'm not sure if there is going to be a work out check-in thread for this week.
Walking stairs at work 2x a day for 10 minutes and doing 2 SWORKITs. I am also going to the baby to bikini work out on youtube 3x a week.
