Oh, I feel for you! Good luck and I hope you have some wine!!
My bitch is about the way my in laws left my house. They were here for the weekend and I cooked all the meals and cleaned, no offer to help. Also they stripped the guest bed and washed sheets & towels after I specifically said not to... and left without moving to the dryer. I was so mad when i went to wash clothes and ended up having to rewash!!!!

Thanks for the commiseration, ladies. A month is NOT ideal. I thought I was being generous by offering two weeks, but she wanted to stay longer and I had a weak moment. Sigh. I'm trying to look at the positives. She'll be a tremendous help around the house. Plus, this is my second week of working primarily from home, and last week was challenging. I'm hoping it will be easier with her here. I do want to cry a bit though.
My DH has never had to have a real schedule. As in, his job is usually at nights and spread out in chunks of time. So he used to sleep til 2 pm or stay up til 4 am or just nap on and off. This hasn't worked for us now OBVIOUSLY. He picked last night as the night to come sleep with us at 2:30 am, making a ruckus and LO didn't want to go back to sleep after his MOTN feed. Then he left and went back to the guest room. Wtf!!
The neighborhood cats have decided to have a turf war in my yard. They wail and fight all day long and it's driving my two indoor kitties crazy. My husband is trying to figure out how to keep them out but I don't have a lot of faith. They keep saying our front and back doors too so it reeks in our house each morning.

HOLY SHIT. That's SO LONG. Good luck to you - I think you were being generous with two weeks. Hopefully she'll realize a month is too long at some point and leave? Maybe? Wishful thinking?
I hate the gritty way a dirty floor feels on my bare feet. Like right now.
I also hate that! It took a bottle of tobasco sauce breaking all over my floor to motivate to clean it.
This should really be a Friday bitch but I didn't get a chance to check the boards this weekend and I am still pissed about it - our house got egged Friday night. They egged the back kitchen door (WTF - who eggs the back instead of the front) which caused egg to go all over our kitchen. Apparently our weather stripping needs replacing.
DH works for his father and took 4 days off after DS was born (2 of those while I was in the hospital). DH's step mother had the nerve to ask him whether he had called the accounting company to tell them to remove 4 days pay from his check yet. If only I had been there to give her a piece of my mind...
kfo22 we are not positive who it is but believe it is our backyard neighbors getting even at DH for complaining about their dog. They would just tie the dog outside and leave it all day/night to bark.

OMG! Are they fucking twelve? Who eggs people? I'm sorry.
noir The type of people who would leave a poor dog outside in the winter are probably the type to egg. Can you get a motion detector light? That may help in case they want to strike again.
That is just awful noir! This belongs in fffc: I wouldn't do this, but I always wish I had an egg launcher on the front of my car, to egg those mean people who cut me off when there is no one behind them for miles. Like why did they need to get so close to my bumper?

lissydee I'll try again tomorrow. I'm at a nursing home and the only other option would probably be to kick someone out of their office for 20-25 mins 2x/day.
