I'm winning the parent of the year award right now. DD got home and I promptly plomped her in front of the TV. She is insisting on sitting on my lap while she watches, which is annoying and warm, but as long as I don't have to move...
SO, if it's just me feel free to boo me off the stage buuuutttt.....
Could we consider making food warnings a thing? I am legit so queasy at this point that the mention/thought of some foods makes me gag. Am I crazy or is this a real thing? Obviously I'm guilty too - because the food I'm writing about sounds great to me haha... but the food you are writing about... no... just no. & apologies if anyone was made queasy by my foodwritings. Whatdyathink? kthx!
Does anyone have a good resource as to what herbal tea ingredients are safe or unsafe during pregnancy? I really want a cup of lemon zinger tea but I'm finding inconsistent and vague information on a few ingredients. Thanks!

Since they're herbs, everything is going to be inconsistent and vague because they haven't really been tested and the exact amount you get is going to vary. Best bet is to call and talk to your doctor.

Half of my coworkers are women of child-bearing age and we joke that we're all going to get pregnant at the same time and the lab will be doomed. One just announced that she's due in April. I haven't announced, but obviously I'm in May. It has begun.

Uh oh! How many people are in your lab?
Eight. We three that haven't announced/aren't pregnant yet, have not been secretive about our hopes to be pregnant very soon. One is actually our supervisor so she's part of the problem haha. She's trying to hire more people not because we need help now, but because we will next year when we're all on maternity leave!
