#2 will share with #1. I'll add another crib/cradle, put their name on the wall over it, and done. I do need to figure out some better closet organization though, right now it is plastic drawers held together with duct tape.

For DD we installed a Closetmaid organizer - the white wire shelving that's on a track system so you can adjust and move them around. It's worked out really well for us and we will be doing the same for this baby

That's a good idea, then things can be made kid height when it's appropriate and adjusted as their clothes grow. Good thinking! Steal.
We did Easy Closets in DD's room. (And our closets as well. New baby will get one also). Mainly because I liked the looks of it better and I'm a snob.
They're not as adjustable as the Closetmaid ones, but we haven't really noticed a problem with it. DD can reach all of the items on the lower closet rods, and her shoes on the side with shelving. For shelves she can't reach, we add the stuff that we try to keep away from her.

We were team green with DD and hadn't gotten the nursery finished before her early arrival..all we'd done was paint. FIL put her crib and everything together while we spent a month in the hospital 3 hours away and when I got home I decorated and stuff. I had an idea of what I wanted depending on if baby was a girl or boy and was pretty happy with how it ended up..pictures below of her nursery all put together..
I've already been pinteresting ideas for this baby...if it is a girl they'll share a room but if it's a boy we'll lose the guest room for baby..
I don't like really cartooney or childish nurseries..so I really prefer to go by color scheme rather than theme..and either way I'm thinking I want to do a grown up navy, gray, &white if we end up needing to decorate for baby.
ETA: here are some of the nursery ideas I have pinned...for now..
LO will be in our room in the beginning. We had DS with us for the first 7 months. He probably would have been better off if we transitioned him to his own room around 5, but it was right when we were buying our house, so we didn't want to throw two transitions at him back to back. When LO is ready, they will share DS's room. DS's nursery is Woodlands themed. He has an owl decal above his crib with his name, so I will get something similar but different for LO.
Definitely need to get on the closet organizer. I've wanted one for DS and our closet since we moved in. Will definitely need it for both littles!
Eta: DS slept in our room in a PNP. This time around, I think I'd probably get the Arm's Reach, or maybe the Halo Bassinet.

For some reason I have become obsessed with hexagons lately. So I think if we get a 3 bedroom house at our next assignment I want to do a honeycomb/bee theme room for this LO.
