Happy Friday !
When you wake up in the middle of the night and you have simultaneous urgent need to pee and overwhelming thirst. WTF body? It's like I couldn't decide which was more important to remedy first and they seem like opposite feelings.

thehockeylady That is how my first bout of m/s happened. I woke up and my mouth was completely parched! I chugged my drink too quickly and got sick. Live and learn!

My random: I'm going to a painting and wine class for work "teambuilding" tonight and am super sad that I won't get to have wine. Maybe in 3rd tri I'll do it again and have a small glass then!

partyinmytummy good to know. Luckily I didn't chug too much. But I have had like 2.5 glasses since being up (and taking advantage of not sleeping to get some work done).
It's frustrating to be places where others are indulging and you're wishing to partake. MH doesn't drink (which, although shocking, I have come to appreciate most of the time) so being pregnant is an interesting glimpse into his view of social gatherings.
My RLS has been so much worse since getting pregnant. It's driving me mad. And nothing is helping. I just want to sleep! Ugh. Looks like yet another sleepless night. Anyone else around?

Hi Ladies - I've been out of the loop and unable to post for a while. Friday is the only day I'm on a computer I can post from, the rest of the time I'm on mobile which has been wonky for me recently. Nice to be able to post a hello - hope everyone is ready for the weekend!
My random: I finally broke down last week and ordered my 1.5yr old Toms. I've been stalking the mail ever since waiting for their arrival. Shoes are just so much cuter when they're kid-sized!
partyinmytummy, a painting and wine class for work? Sign me up at your company, awesome!
Morning ladies! I'm just still over the moon from my second good ultrasound yesterday. I think under the euphoria I feel like poo, but I don't quite care at the moment. Also I've got 4 days left of my temporary job - this is a good thing - so today I'm starting to wrap things up. This is good.

Happy Friday everyone! Working in the office today. A few meetings stand between me and the weekend, woo hoo! Although it looks like we will be spending the whole weekend indoors with this monsoon
I ate cheddar-filled tater tots for breakfast. Feeling proud and ashamed at the same time.
Morning. I feel like poop. I'm flying to Chicago today for a conference. I asked me doc about zofran yesterday but she said no at this point. So it's Diclectin and Gravol for me.

I just took my dogs on a walk (where they did all their business) and got home and took off their leashes and my boy dog ran and peed on my dining room table! He has a doggy door and we literally just walked in for a walk! Wtf Hoover! He's never done that! Ugh.

Work has been insane this week. I am getting moved to a different area so I have been training a lot. Brain overload + total exhaustion = so much nope I can't even. I'm so happy it's finally the weekend so I can sleep as much as I want and just relax.

It is supposed to rain here all weekend, MH is out of town at a bachelor party, and I have no plans except for Saturday brunch and Sunday football-watching. I am so excited to spend most of the weekend in blankets and sweatpants, watching Netflix. I feel like a kid on Christmas.

Dear Diary, I'm in a foul mood. Came home to dishes stacked everywhere. I was hoping H would do them since I've been able to cook this week. And there's cat poop in front of the litter box and H shaved over the sink/counter and never cleans up the shavings. The bathroom, which is his responsibility, has not been cleaned since I gave in last time and cleaned it myself. The place is a disaster.
WTF did he do all morning? Probably video games. I'm about to chuck that god damn x box out the window. Last night he didn't even wait for me to finish eating dinner before he started playing.
I'm going to talk to him tonight, but I know he'll just act offended that I expect him to help out then moodily clean up for a week then back to normal. I wish I could call his mother and tattle on him, but obviously she had no luck getting him not to be a slob.
TL:DR my husband is driving me crazy. GOD DAMN X BOX.
Sammich_Cat video games are the worst. My husband played quite a bit before we had DS and now he's lucky to get a few hours a month.
I had a friend who's husband is obsessed with video games. I went to visit her after her 2nd was born and he was playing video games(in the same room as us) the whole time I was there. I felt so bad for their kids. He would rather play a video game than play with his kids.
So, I think we have mold in our water. Is that even a thing? I can't really find any information. Ugh. It's driving me mad and I'm kind of freaking out. I've been drinking that water for well over a year. Hopefully the fact that I'm not sick is a good sign? Whatever. Maintenance can't get here until Tuesday and then the city will come test the water. So at least they're listening to me and making sure it's safe.
@led, is the taste funky? That just sucks. I have no experience or advice. Sorry!
A little bit? But only if you let it sit out for an hour or so. But there was mold forming on a glass of water that sat out over night. It's happened a couple times now and this time I was absolutely sure there was nothing else in the cup. Just a clean cup and tap water. So I stopped drinking the tap water until I can get reassurance from the city that it's safe.
It's been a really tough week at work, I feel the acid sitting in my esophagus, and the rain is beating against my windows right now, but I'm so psyched to drive up to my parents tonight to see my 7 month old niece. My sister lives in Florida so this is only the 3rd time I'm getting to see her in person. I can't wait to squeeze her!

Ten years ago I would have thought that was a boring weekend. Now I'm terribly jealous that you're getting so much alone time.

MH went to visit his coworker and his wife/new baby in the hospital after the baby was born, and dude had BROUGHT HIS XBOX to the hospital!
They are divorced now. (She wasn't exactly a peach either, but I was not surprised)
